Very clean looking establishment with plenty of Mexican sweet breads and cookie options…read more They have a full kitchen with a variety of foods. Guisados (stews) are plentiful and have just the right kick to it to have an authentic Mexican flavor. Plenty of breakfast taco options like egg and potatoes, eggs and chorizo, chicharrón, cactus, ect... Most the employees had smiles and good attitudes. The line was long but they got us in and out pretty quickly. The only reason I gave this 4 stars was one of the ladies who was cooking had an attitude and would not even respond to someone speaking to her in front of customers and it seemed she was having a bad morning. That's just a turn off especially when the public is present. I ordered a variety of Gorditas for the day but only tried the chicharrón one with beans and it was good, for dinner I had the fajita one. The fajita one was just ok, it lacked flavor and really needs to have cheese in it, JMO. For breakfast I had the chicharrón taco on flour tortilla with beans and that was good, especially the fresh made flour tortilla. I also had the potatoes with chorizo. Very good! I bought sweet potato empanada and it was filled decently and had great flavor. I also bought pineapple empanadas but I haven't tried them but I'm sure they'll be good too. The pineapple agua fresca was good with plenty of fruit in it. I would recommend giving them a try. You can sit and eat there or take out is available.
