We had an extremely difficult cleaning situation that many would have run from, but they took time and care in cleaning every inch of our space. They were attentive to all of the details and when they came across something on our blinds that simply could not be cleaned to their satisfaction after trying different products and methods, they let us know. Their price was reasonable and competitive for the job and they were polite and responsive to all of our requests. I would recommend them to friends and family and we are considering hiring them for more regular weekly/monthly service. Thank you, Jacky and amerie!

Stay clear of this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm honestly not sure how they…read morereceived so many 5-star reviews. They are completely unorganized and unreliable. They rescheduled my cleaning 3 times--each time with a different excuse that I initially accepted. After the third reschedule, I cancelled. They then offered a small discount for the inconvenience, so I gave them another chance. Right before their arrival, I was told I needed to pay via Zelle or cash, which I'm not comfortable with. I said I'd only pay by credit card. They said they were having problems sending invoices but could take PayPal--fine. Then, minutes later, I received another text saying I needed to pay in advance. Why would I prepay a company that has already cancelled on me three times? When I refused, I got rude and threatening texts. Apparently, rearranging my schedule 3 times to accommodate their no-shows isn't understanding enough. Bottom line: completely unprofessional and not worth your time or stress.

Airbnb setup and property coordination services in addition to separate repair/project work. Unfortunately, my experience involved repeated invoice revisions, unclear labor calculations, disputed completed work items, and ongoing communication issues regarding project scope and billing transparency. I repeatedly requested clarification and supporting documentation regarding invoicing and labor charges but did not receive sufficient transparency throughout the process. Additionally, several major Airbnb setup deliverables referenced in the agreement -- including staging, listing creation, photography coordination, and final walkthrough services -- there was a complete loss of trust and I was not comfortable allowing them back into my property. While some repair work was eventually completed, the overall management and setup experience resulted in a significant breakdown in confidence and trust.
