On top of which, they scheduled their cleaners to come the day after they told me they would be at my residence. To their credit, they did fix the scheduled time and I was not charged for the 15 minutes of work the cleaners actually did. Yes, the house has been neglected, and yes there are four dogs in the house (all in their crates when the cleaners arrived), but one should assume that a 'deep clean' would not have any issues regarding these two challenges. Additionally, when they were packing up, one of the cleaners gave me a different reason that they were declining the job, as opposed to what their contact person told me. And it's insulting to offer some Starbucks gift cards in place of me losing a day's wages to be here for them to do the job I hired them to do.

Review for StarShine Crew -- 2.5 Stars…read more The owner was courteous and honored the original price even after realizing the job was larger than expected, which I appreciated. However, the overall service quality did not meet expectations. An additional cleaner was brought in, and her comments about the scope of work and tipping were unprofessional. Several areas were also missed: the pool bathroom floor, the ceiling fan dusting, the front porch we had discussed, and the exterior side of the glass double doors. While some cleaning was completed satisfactorily, the lack of attention to detail resulted in a disappointing experience.
