He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently - and were very patient with our annoying little barking dogs and the need to move them to various places in and out of the yard. We felt comfortable with them around and the gutters look great. We feel confident that we can call him if any problems arise (so far, there's only been a quick rain shower since installation - no big storm). I highly recommend this company. He showed up on time and did a visibly good job of installation from the ground looking up ! They looked great and he said they were guarantied for a lifetime for the gutters and workmanship! It rained about a week after the installation and I had water running down from between the gutters and the facia of my roof ! I called him and made him aware of the problem that day! He said he would be coming to fix the problem within a week! After he didn't show up I called him again and he said he had been on an alaskan cruise and would be coming out the next week. I've called him several times over the months and sent him videos of the problem trying to get him to come back and fix the problem and he still hasn't shown up !! Before he started doing the work I asked if he was experienced in putting gutters on homes with metal roofs and he said he had done several projects that had metal roofing ! I'm afraid that with all the water getting behind my gutters that I will eventually be having a problem with a rotting fascia and having to replace my roof that's attached to the fascia and drip edge that holds the roof in place!

They get defensive when you question where the money and materials are. When you get upset about not seeing results they accuse you of being on narcotics. Stay away. All the reviews that they are being called out on they turn it around and say it's the customer. Lie after lie with them. They want all the money upfront but don't pay their workers until the job is done. One of the workers told us he is waiting on the material yet we have text messages that he has the material. We offered to come pick it up then you won't hear from them for weeks. Again, stay away. We plan to sue and reach out to 12 on your side to let the CSRA know what crooks they are.

This guy convinced me that the job will take almost whole day and it would cost $1,200 with military discount. Well, this job took hour and a half, and it's normally is about $400-600. I guess it on me for not doing my due diligence, but I didn't realize that people in the South could be this dishonest. Just FYI, industry market is around $100 per hour. Overhead is about 10%, with profit somewhere 10-20%. So, when this snake told me is going to take most of the day, the quote for $1200 makes sense. I plan to report the contractor with their Surety Bond, report it to contractor's state license board and file a lawsuit. I also wonder why they don't build homes anymore. $1,200 for this job. ___________________________________________ One, I didn't say I was satisfied with the quality of your job. Two, just because you don't charge by the hour, doesn't mean you should overcharge. Three, it took you a few days to reply. I guess you and your employee had to come up with an excuse.
