The communication has been frequent and thorough since the beginning, and we really appreciated how detail oriented our team was from planning all the way through execution. Multiple people showed up for various parts of our remodel (demo, construction, electrical, painting, and plumbing), and each person was friendly, hard working, and an expert in their field. We also requested several changes to our original plan, and they happily accommodated for our alterations and did quality work. We are planning on using them again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for help with remodeling!

My wife and I are building a home, or should I say, the Fishers are building our home. We chose them from a number of quality builders in the area, because of their reputation in our new community for both new builds and renovations. Before contracting, we looked at several completed homes, as well as homes in progress then being constructed by Ye Olde Village Workshop. Our architect has consistently been pleased with Bill's quality and has had no issues whatsoever when he has suggested any modifications to Bill. I have found Bill's communication to be excellent as far as what is included or not, on issues and concerns, etc. In any new construction, there is inevitably some stress or misunderstanding. In those few nominal discussions, Bill and i have easily and quickly thrashed out and resolved the concern. Contrary to the other review, I highly recommend you consider the Fishers when you do your diligence. There are 2 sides to every story.
