SoFlow came on time and the installer was the same guy that initially inspected her old unit. Both gentlemen were very nice and they did a great job taking away the old unit and putting the new unit on a new pad and plumbing in the ducting and drain pipe. Their price was reasonable and the Daikin unit comes with a pretty good parts warranty.

I will only be using this company from now on, since the previous AC company I hired ultimately lead to my leaky issues. Thanks again!

Nelson Air Concepts is a household name in our family for about 10 years now.  Nelson (Sr.) started…read moreout as someone who my mom called to remedy her AC problems and he would be show up as promised. And when her AC finally bit the dust, my mom shopped around for several quotes.  And naturally, she found that Nelson provided the most honest and practical advise.  As a result, Nelson replaced my mother's AC.  He moved the old unit from the attic, where no one could ever access it, down to a closet that is easily accessible for my tiny mother.  Over the years, Nelson not only took care of my mother's unit, but also my sister's and eventually my unit.  He and his son are busy people. What I appreciate the most is that when I call, even if they don't answer, they return my call everytime shortly after.  Nelson Sr. arrives as promised. He is easy to talk to and he will tell you what the problem is, the remedy and the cost.  After a hurricane passed several years ago, with the power going on and off, it caused for something inside the AC to short and burn. Smoke was everywhere in my house and we were absolutely terrified.  I called Nelson Sr and despite the weather and the aftermath debris of the hurricane, he drove all the way down to Homestead a few hours later and was able to replace the part that burned.  We had our air back in no time. He educated me and informed me that the AC I have did not come with the original house because the unit is far too small, therefore it is having to work double time to cool the house. He made recommendations and assured me that whenever I am ready for an upgrade, that he will be there to walk me through every step of the way. Now, whenever someone ask me "do you know an AC guy?" I am confident to say "I do!" and I am happy to recommend Nelson.

Back in June, 2022, I selected Edgar Greenhauff from Lord's AC to purchase a new Rheem…read moreairconditioner, based on wonderful reviews from a dear neighbor friend. What a mistake. I'm a senior and was too trusting.Edgar never asked me what type of AC unit I desired nor warned me the base should have been replaced and passed off 3 ton Rheem that was very loud and not energy efficient. I had a number of service issues. I was grateful when I tried to turn my heat on during a freezing day in Dec only to find out his crew never connected the gas heater. Edgar did come out on Christmas Eve. I had a clogged water line the first year and frequent clogs. When my unit didn't cool, the technician warnedme I would have some unfixable water clogs. He pointed out that the base - that Edgar never bothered to replace - is starting to corrode and as a result, the unit isn't level, which is why the water never drained properly. Edgar was nice at first and then he got nasty and would yell at me!!!!! I stopped calling him. I do not recommend Lord's AC
