They coordinated a tow truck for me, even got me a discount on the tow, and had my car repaired and back on the road way faster than I expected. As a basically broke college student, affordability matters a lot, and they were incredibly fair and affordable with the repair. The whole team was super friendly, always answered the phone, and made the whole situation way less stressful. They even offered me a comfortable place to sit and work on schoolwork while I waited, plus gave me a refreshment. They picked up all of the needed parts for me and called me at each shop to OK the prices, dropped my tire off at their vetted shop (after they stood in the cold searching for leaks for over an hour the night before), and put it all together in one single day. Let me start by saying this has to have been to worst experience of my life when it comes to…read moreworking with a mechanic and the business establishment. The owner J. R. lied and admitted that he lied about the time spent working on the vehicle, sold us faulty used parts that were no good, was operating his business using a generator that went out several times all while he is suppose to be using a computer to determine mechanical issues with the vehicle. While in a Freightliner Truck traveling delivering loads and a mechanical problem occurs you would hope that people would not scam you for money but that is exactly what he did. In good faith when he still could not get the job done we had to tow the Freightliner to Nashville to another shop only to discover the parts he put on the truck were bad so it was never going to work properly. We endured tow fees from two companies dealing with this business one to tow the truck to their establishment and one to tow it away after they still didn't repair a thing. He also expected to be paid for work he did by installing the faulty bad parts. Trying to be fair so we thought we should pay something for the install after all we paid for the parts that we may not have needed now looking back so hey he deserves something for trying. An agreement was struck and he was paid a fraction of the cost for which he vowed to return $500 of that because he felt so bad. I guess the con artist / scammer had a moment of humanity that didn't last because he didn't return the money, nor did he keep his word to pay for hotel stay incurred in this debacle of repairs. They should not be in business at all. Horrible people they are for what they do. I am a firm believer in God's Word. You reap what you sow. This business will not see a great harvest treating people like this. Do not patronize this business. All should beware they are scammers.

Fast and professional. Friendly and compassionate he helped make an our day better with his positive attitude and friendly manner. He was careful and efficient loading our car. Terrible service, I have been in the side of 24 for hours. Made the mistake of going through…read moreprogressive for a tow. Was told it would be 40 minutes and the person who called me had no idea where I was when I gave cross streets and directions from Nashville. I even sent a map, no follow up, no communication except through the auto text program saying it would be another 51 minutes then another 63 minutes. I can understand it taking some time to get me and my car off the highway but it should not be this long. I cancelled and called another company. Feels scammy, not worth the 300+ I sent to secure the tow. Will be expecting a refund.
