They do a good job vacuuming the pool, but the management seems inexperience and unprofessional. I believe they continued using trichlor tablets for weeks after discovering our CYA was at 130 (very high). The trichlor tablets have both chlorine and a stabilizer in them. Adding the stabilizer causes the CYA to increase further. They should have used chlorine only. When manager came out to "explain" what was going on with pool, he did not want to listen to my (the customer's) concerns. He was rude, overbearing and provided dishonest or less than straightforward answers. I get the impression that if they think you are not knowledgeable they try to tell you whatever it takes to get the result they want rather than the facts. For example, they told me for my CYA to get that high the pool was poorly maintained for 5 or 6 years. The pool is barely 2.5 years old and in good condition. Also, when they documented the chemical analysis they reported the levels the pool should be at vs. the levels the pool water was actually at. It was explained that they were reported what they expected the water to be after any adjustments they made took affect. This does not strike me as an honest practice either. read more
