She went above and beyond, recommending the best tapas selections to start, and before we even had a chance to order, she brought over a warm bowl of potaje and jamón ham con pan--such a thoughtful touch! We ordered two refreshing local draft beers, Estrella de Galicia, and dug into the delicious appetizers.
