My procedure was with Dr Tiboris. He has a WONDERFUL personality and made me feel comfortable from the moment that I met him.  He was talking me through the entire procedure as he was working, which was different and surprisingly comforting.  I had a very difficult extraction that left me with minimal discomfort.  He made sure that I had all of the information for after care and even called from his cell later that day to check on me.  He told me to call him on his personal cell if I had any issues or concerns.  You can tell that he is EXCELLENT at what he does and he genuinely cares for his patients!!  I very highly recommend him!

She also told the State of Wisconsin that I wasn't contacting her, which is not true. I have text records showing I contacted her repeatedly, including messages asking her to mail the gift card, which she never did. I have documentation of everything and have since reported the matter and opened a case with the state of Wisconsin that has been ongoing since February of this year and is now officially closed as of Sept. 2026. I would ask for same day pay if I were you doing a working interview for this practice.

It's worth the drive when you find someone that takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable, and that the treatment suits you appropriately. His staff is amazing, they get to know you, and engage with you to make sure everything is as it should be. He takes care of my husband as well, and tries to make sure that our appointments are on the same day so that we may come down to Kenosha together. I'm sure that we will be his patients for a very long time!

The doctor stated I could try Flonase daily for a couple of months, and if it didn't work, she could put a tube in my ear. At the second appointment, I explained the pressure is still there, but I acknowledged I had not consistently used the medicine since the first visit. At that point the doctor offered to place the tube in my ear during the appointment, or I can use Flonase daily to see if it helps. I opted to go with the original plan using Flonase daily. The doctor stated if it doesn't work, she can place the tube in my ear. Since daily Flonase didn't work, I called and scheduled the appointment to have the tube placed in my ear. Note: I made it clear during the call to make this third appointment that it was for the procedure to be completed as the need for the procedure had already been discussed and established. I arrive to the appointment only to have the nurse practitioner tell me that today's appointment was only to discuss the procedure and I would have to schedule the procedure for another date. I told her that the procedure was already discussed with the doctor and I made it clear when I made the appointment that I was coming to have the procedure completed. I also explained that the doctor offered to conduct the procedure during my previous appointment. Of course the nurse practitioner couldn't care less and was completely indifferent! Icing on the cake, it was nearly 30 minutes after my appointment when the nurse practitioner told me the doctor wasn't even there yet! ENT's are a dime a dozen. My advice, avoid this one!
