Pizza in Sweden took some getting used to. It's different then the pizza I was used to back in the…read morestates, but the brothers that run this place helped educate me on Swedish pizza and how they do it here. They have a huge menu, or you can just make your own pizza. They also have Kababs and salads, along with "pizza salads" that come with all pizzas here (it's a shredded white cabbage mix with oil and vinegar with spices). So the pizzas here are fresh, with house made dough and house made sauce. They make them to order (takes about 10 mintes), and each comes in about the size of a medium pizza in the US for around 70 SEK ($10 USD). They usually have a thinner crust then in the US, less sause and less cheese, with slightly sparser toppings. If you're looking for a Chicago style or California style pizza, forget it, that's not how they roll in Sweden. But at the same time, there is something to be said for this style of pizza - it's a simpler, which in turn makes it "healthier" (if you can say that about a pizza). I still crave pizzas from back home, but until then this is so far my favorite pizza place in town. I think there's about 100 different pizza topping combinations, we've only tried a few and they're exactly what you'd want when you go to a local pizza joint. The crust is not like the cracker thin crust, it's classic pizza style with old fashioned kind of comfort food. The Mexicana is the favorite, not sure why it's called mexicana, but if you add the spicy white sauce it's delicious. The kebab rolls are ginormous, big enough to feed one person for three square meals, but is a classic and the kebab plate with extra fries is the drunk food you never need but always wanted. The atmosphere inside is super causal, there's usually a couple parties eating but it's mostly take out.

The booths and tables are huge and lavish with overstuffed couches and chairs which makes the vibe really cozy. The food fare is in line with nicer Swedish fare, they have one vegetation option but this would be difficult for vegans. They have speciality cocktails and a lengthy wine and beer menu available. The halibut was super tasty and fresh with a good portion of vegetables and sauce. The other favorites were the truffle crisps, a crab appetizer and beef tartare. The service was super friendly but at times a bit slow and was difficult to get their attention to pay the bill or order more drinks.
