It also has a nice large balcony on the second floor facing the river. It also has a suite on the third floor with its own large balcony. I gave it a 4 because of the remodeling. They said the new rooms will have a small kitchen in them. Right now the 2nd floor has a microwave and mini fridge.

My only complaint is that the towels were pretty bad and extremely thin, more so than any other hotel I've visited. We went to the bar on the second floor to people watch. It's a cute spot and has access to outdoor seating with a view and fire pits. Our drinks were just "ok"...I've never had ice in a French 75 and my husband's old fashioned was made with crushed ice and not a ball or large cube which was odd. I put hot sauce on them and found that they were okay, I would eat them again, I would have to have the hot sauce with them every time though. My omelette was good and the biscuits were okay.
