I still have not heard from him. We all make mistakes but we should address them. I'm so angry he is ignoring this issue. Be careful if you go to him and don't count on the amount he tells you until it's in your bank account. Shame on him for not addressing it.

His filing fee is very reasonable and not anywhere compared to a place like HR Block that robs you with a high filing fee!! His team and him are quick, responsive and excellent with taking the time with you to understand different changes in tax codes or filing regulations. This has been going on since may of 2020. I'm so screwed with the IRS because of this fraudster.No response to emails and they are never in the office. If by rare chance you get your phone call answered it's by the receptionist and she just makes up an excuse that Ben is not in and quickly sends you to voicemail before you can get a word in.
