For me to open the files, the contents of the hard drives should have been dragged onto the desktop of a Mac first then onto the new hard drive. The dragged the audio files directly onto the new hard drive and now they won't open. I went back to the store and had them drag a Pro-Tools session file onto the desktop of the Mac that they used to do the original transfer. Took the hd home and was able to open the files. So I called and told them that transferring the files that way worked. But now they don't want to re-transfer the files the correct way or refund me. Total rip off.
