I contacted this person regarding a potential business matter and was absolutely appalled by the response I received. Rather than responding professionally, I was met with profanity, hostility, and completely disrespectful comments about me bothering her on a Saturday while she was in bed. There is absolutely no excuse for speaking to a potential customer that way. If you are going to publicly advertise your phone number and offer services to the public, you should have enough professionalism and basic courtesy to communicate respectfully--even if the timing of the message is inconvenient. People reveal a lot about themselves by how they treat others when they don't get exactly what they want. This interaction told me everything I needed to know. I would never do business with someone who communicates with customers in this manner, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before choosing to do so. Professionalism should not be optional, and profanity and disrespect should never be the response to a legitimate business inquiry. read more

Did not do the job they promised or were paid for. Dirty dishes , floors, dusty furniture and clutter remained after a "deep clean". read more

Wonderful!!!!!! I checked with 3 services and I'm so glad I decided on this one. Gregory was very professional in setting up timely service with follow ups! Ms. Lisa was AWESOME with deep cleaning my home! My husband is the " clean freak" and I'm the "I'll get to it later" type, and the "later" hardly ever comes. My husband was TOTALLY SASTIFIED. If he's giving major compliments and waking through the house in awe, that speaks volumes!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cynthia's cleaning service. Ms. Lisa went above and beyond her duties. The tub was draining slow and she brought in some Liquid Plummer for the drain and followed it up with boiling water. The pricing was very reasonable! I definitely want Ms. Lisa to come back regularly. She was a pleasure to have in my home. I felt safe with her around my kids and valuables! She stayed until the job was done! read more

Cynthia's cleaning service was recommended to me by a friend. I was hesitant because I had not heard of them. My friend said they did excellent work for her father's company. I tried them and was very please. They were punctual. Actually I was running 10 minutes late, and they waited. They did an excellent job on all the floors. read more
