Rebecca brought a tremendous amount of experience, practical guidance, and market insight. She helped us think through offer strategy, negotiation, inspection concerns, contract terms, and the many details that come up between going under contract and closing. Her advice was direct, knowledgeable, and valuable at each step, especially when we needed to make decisions quickly but still wanted to feel confident. Michelle was also wonderful to work with. She was kind, responsive, patient, and consistently helpful throughout the process. She made communication easy and helped keep things moving smoothly, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. Together, Rebecca and Michelle made a great team. They helped us find a home we love, guided us through the moving pieces of the transaction, and made sure we felt supported all the way to closing. We are grateful for all of their work and would absolutely recommend Rebecca and Michelle to anyone looking to buy a home in the area.

I always recommend meeting multiple agents for a decision this important--but Rebecca should absolutely be one of them. This comes from someone who has both sold homes and trained real estate agents. We've also worked with Eaton on the property management side, and the experience has been just as strong. They maintained the home to a high standard through every phase--residence, rental, and eventual sale--over a 4-year period. Communication was consistent (same or next day), and work orders were handled quickly and professionally. Their fees may be slightly higher than some competitors, but the value is clear--you get what you pay for in this business. Eaton Realty is the complete package. Highly recommend.

Bottom line up front: If you value your time and money you need Kris Kennedy!…read more I'm a planner. When the Navy told my husband we were moving to the Tampa Bay Area, I immediately started to research local area real-estate agents. Kris Kennedy got many favorable reviews across my most trusted websites and here on Yelp he's a total rockstar. After our initial conversation I knew he was the agent for us. We just closed on our Tampa Bay Home Area home today and having finished the process, I'm delighted to report Kris Kennedy lives up to every accolade he's received. Kris is a really nice guy (but let's face it ALL real estate agents are charming) Kris sets himself above the other agents starting with his professional demeanor and promptness. He is smart and shrewd a brilliantly, tenacious negotiator and an excellent communicator. He has league of professionals in his network that seemingly bend over backwards for him and thusly bend over backwards for his clients. Certainly if I had a question or a concern Kris had an answer, knew someone that did or found out and reported back quickly. He gave us excellent advice, asked important questions, custom built searches to suit our needs, and secured digital paperless portals to complete paperwork. Kris not only saved us time (his efficiency is miraculous), he saved us money A. LOT. OF. MONEY! 1. We were convinced we wanted a V.A. loan but upon Kris's suggestion we looked into it and discovered in this particular instance, using a conventional saved us about 11K. 2. After running some comps, speaking to the seller, investigating the history of the home we wanted etc. Kris was able to negotiate a savings of 24K from list price. FYI my husband and I would've paid asking price and Kris knew it. He worked his magic and saved us a total of 35K. This process was seamless in no small part thanks to the tireless workings of Kris Kennedy and his network of professionals.

He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, economics, and he is really good at marketing. He is also surprisingly pleasant to speak with and he's a very good communicator. He listened to me about what I wanted in home and he found me the perfect bungalow style home that I now love so much. I wasn't in a hurry to buy, but Kris called me saying I had to see this home because it was going to go fast. I had little expectations, but it was absolutely what I was looking for. There were multiple offers on the home, but Kris and I had the best offer. If it weren't for Kris' advise, care, and negotiating skills, I would have missed out on the perfect home. Kris also got my other townhouse I own rented for me at more rent than I expected and with only being on the market for 2 days! Whenever I am buying or selling a home again, I will make sure to call Kris, even if I am moving to another state. I am surprised Kris is not on a show like Million Dollar Listing. He is actually more handsome than those TV realtors.
