Cyndi Darnell is a sex and relationship therapist known for her somatic attunement work, specializing in couple's and multi-partner relationship therapy, low desire and mismatched libido. She's the author of Sex When You Dont Feel Like It: The Truth About Mismatched Libido and Rediscovering Desire. She works with individuals and partners navigating intimacy challenges, communication breakdowns, and the emotional and somatic patterns that impact connection.
Cyndi offers affirming support for monogamous and polyamorous relationships, as well as other non-monogamous and alternative relationship structures. Her approach is sex-positive, trauma-informed, and grounded in attachment theory and somatic prcatice, nervous system regulation—helping clients understand desire without blame or pressure.
