Dr. Highsmith was quick to take a biopsy and give me suggestions on how to alleviate the pain. They will call as soon as the biopsy is back in. He is specialized in Mohs surgery should that need to be done. He will be my dermatologist from now on. My old Dermatologist had to send me to another city to get the last Mohs surgery done. I am a Florida native and believe this needs to be something everyone who lives in Florida does. The wait is typically longer than needed as the waiting rooms are not busy. I believe they schedule appointments in 10 minute increments. My appointment was at 12:50 but I arrived at 12:40 for any paperwork they may have required. I was taken back into a room at 1:15 and saw the nurse practitioner at 1:25. Back in my car driving at 1:40. It is unfortunate that the wait time is longer than the skin check that is done in under a minute. I really wish they would spend a little more time examining for potentially cancerous moles. Don't you have two or three minutes to look, as the copay is $50 bucks... It seems that most Dermatologists are more interested in selling cosmetic services than saving lives these days unfortunately.

During the consultation I'm told by Dr Williams she doesn't do dermplaning and they're out of the chemical peel and was then pitched some take home products. I should have ended the appointment then but went ahead with the tox and filler. Didn't use all the filler so Dr Williams set an appointment for 2 weeks out to use the rest. Day of my appointment I called because I never received an appointment reminder and the phone number was disconnected. I called 3 times to be sure, I texted the number off the website and received no reply. I showed up to the appointment and it was a new business but Dr Williams' name was on the door so I figured all was well but after waiting in the reception area and calling out hello down the hall I left after no one came to greet me. Poor communication , terrible follow up and Scott is unprofessional. Your money will be better spent at a business that values your time and their reputation.
