Obviously you also have poor record keeping. Sad. I've tried to reach you and that's impossible. The door want the issue the roof didn't even get touched. There were terrible scratches on the roof from where the garage door fell on it and it didn't get touched. Nothing. Not fixed. You would have actually earned more of you had done the requested work and properly explained to insurance what I explained to you at the time off the accident. Terrible. read more

My car has been at their shop since Jan 28th. They have been saying all they needed was the cylinder for the ignition this entire time. I did the legwork because they would not and I contacted Kia and got the part sent for them. They kept saying they had no ETA on when they have the part. No ETA on when they have the part, I called Kia and had a conversation with Kia and one week later they had the part in hand, they had the car for over two months at this time. Now after I did what they couldn't or wouldn't to get the part in their hand they are telling me that even though they had all the other parts since the first week of February they have not touched my car this entire time. And that it will be another 3+ weeks making it 3-4 months they have had my car. This is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional. Especially since they led me to believe that once they got the ignition cylinder my car would be done. For two months every time I called to check on the status of my vehicle, Liz just kept saying we're just waiting on getting the ignition cylinder but we have no ETA on when it will be in stock. Never once said that they hadn't even started on my car that they've had all the parts for since the first week of February. So then when I asked to speak to Liz's supervisor a man named George got on the phone who says he's the owner but who knows who decided that it was best to just yell and scream at me and tell me how his guys are not qualified to push a car around that has no ignition in it and to tell me that I do not know how to work on a car so I shouldn't be telling them what needs done to my car when all I wanted was answers as to why they've sit on the parts in my car for over two months and not touched it he wanted to yell and scream at me that they're not slaves even though they've already been paid by the insurance for all of the work and they haven't done anything at all in over two months. I definitely would not recommend taking it any car to the shop. Unfortunately I didn't choose where my car went. The insurance company did. read more

These guys are absolutely horrible and rude! They took forever to fix my car, and its still not fixed. They call you saying your car is ready to pick up but they give you the same car without even checking anything and theres still damage. The man in the shop is angry, raised his voice at you, arguing, and charging more money if you see you need to fix something they still didn't fix. I am NEVER coming back here EVER again, and I do not reccomend anyone to come here. read more

Liz was helpful at first, giving me an estimate on the spot. She had me pay for part of the repair up front, and said she would order the parts needed for my body damage, and to bring the vehicle back in a couple days. And that repairs would take 3 business days. We dropped it on Monday, and by Friday afternoon I had to call her to ask for the status. She replied that because it was almost noon when it was brought in Monday, they couldn't start until Tuesday, and that they would TRY to have it done on Monday. So 3 days turned into a week. Then Monday afternoon I called for another status update, and Liz told me the molding she ordered for the windshield did not come with the necessary clips, so I would need to pay an additional $130, plus they were on back order indefinitely. She offered to give me the moulding to "hold onto" until the indefinitely backordered brackets came in, as "you already paid for it". That didn't sit right with me, to have me drive around with the moulding waiting indefinitely for a bracket that may or may not come in. I suggested that I shouldn't be charged additionally because she had missed the estimation. When I asked her to remove the moulding (and labor) and bracket from the total bill, as it wasn't being installed, surprise surprise, that amounted to a labor credit of $11. I picked up my car with the moulding not installed, but still ended up paying $1600+ for the other (heavily loaded) body work. I won't be using them again, and suggest others look elsewhere for their body work needs. read more

Just picked up my car after a month. It took two weeks to get the frame measurements, then another week to get it to the alignment shop. Of course my insurance company was not helpful, but, there was a couple issues that I wanted addressed. Not only did my car sit there for a month without any work being done, they didn't fix the alignment of the lower body molding that I asked to have done. My car is filthy. It looks like it sat in the desert or inside the shop while somebody sanded a vehicle right next to it. The part that really upsets me is that my remote doesn't work anymore. Worst experience ever. I gave them my full claims check of $3,300 dollars for a mechanical job they quoted me $1,850. I wanted to purchase a seperate full auto body paint service for my vehicle and they said they would quote me and refund me the difference, and pay half my deductible if i gave my insurance permission to send them the claims check directly. They ignored my calls and my emails, and they never gave a quote on for the paint service. They had my infiniti from October 31st until February. Then they contacted my insurance provider and they persuaded them to send another check of $1,650. I received an email about the check being sent to them and I cancelled the check and had my insurance sent it to me. Then they found out that I cancelled the $1,650 check, so then they told me that they are now refusing to repair my infiniti and they asked me to pick up the car from their shop. The day I went to pick it up, My car was not repaired nor painted, and they said I owed them $550 dollars in order for them to release my car. Greedy bastards. Then I received an alert via email stating that Cyclops Collision Repairs cashed in a $300 dollar check that I was supposed to receive as part of my reimbursement reward check for bundling and cause I was still paying full coverage for a vehicle that was at the repair shop and my insurance forgot to lower my monthly payment. I hate this place. Nothing but scammer. Please save your money and go some where else. I hate them so much. read more

Very friendly and professional staff. I took my car because I was rear ended on a late Friday and I was told it would be ready Monday and as they promised it was ready on Monday and It was perfect!! Like nothing happened the bumper was lined perfectly and paint blended to perfection, props to the painter. Very quick and efficient job I definitely recommend this shop to anyone. read more
