I have to be honest...it is unfortunate that I never expect a call back when I leave a message. Just personal experience. He came out to my historic home in the heights in Newburgh, and immediately corrected my thinking on my existing yankee gutters. He went up on the roof when I wasn't there, and cleared the leaves that were likely causing the water build up in them. I have an unrelated roofing issue that he explained in great detail via video and photos to my email. Being in construction myself, I was very, very pleased with his response, explanation, and overall professionalism. As an aside--he gave a friend of mine doing a new construction project an EXCELLENT price on new seamless gutters. This is clearly a conscientious owner of a well-run business.
