I had gotten an oil change and tire rotation out here when they first opened up after Covid, they were very reasonable and I was very pleased with their service, so I called them first thing next morning to see if they could take a look at it. Jake said sure they could fit me in at 2:00 on the same day. Chantel got me right in and with a little consulting from Jake the both of them got me fixed up in less than a half an hour, and didn't charge me a dime. That's why I love living in a small town, people taking care of each other. Needless to say, they will be getting all of my business from here on out Highly recommend!

(Could have convinced me to have the repair done and got my business, but did not, the honesty was refreshing) did not charge me. I borrowed a vehicle to get me by, it broke down (bad run of luck), he looked at it quoted the repair and when the person who loaned me the vehicle balked at the cost the owner walked me through how to do it myself, again no charge. 2 vehicles looked at 0 $'s. Owner genuinely cares about helping people. I am a believer and will use them as long as I am in the area!

I disagreed with him on a couple of points and he became so angry he called me an "ass". I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior in any business, especially when I was going to make a purchase in the tens of thousands of dollars. The owners are pure, manipulative salesmen who lied to me. The younger owner blew up my phone after I walked out stating I don't do business with people who insult me. He claimed "Chad" had a bad morning and is really a nice guy. Right. Clearly a total lie. The most obvious excuse for bad behavior ever given. He's not anyone you want to deal with. If I owned that business I would fire him in a heartbeat. How Bowling RV has stayed in business is beyond me. There are plenty of good dealers who will treat you with respect.

I bought a car from Kraig Ford in November as my car got totaled. I asked for the car report on…read morethey gave me a car report stating the car had been accident free. As soon as I drove it off the lot, nothing but terrible things happened with the car. I was only able to test drive it for 5 minutes, I should add. I went to trade in the car, a short 6 months later at a different dealer where I was told the car had been in an accident a year ago. When the car was in a wreck, the air bags deployed and the car was 75% damaged on the front end. I had brought the car over to Kraigs to get somethings fixed shortly after buying it, there was glass coming out of the vents, a bad front sensor on the front side and more. It all makes sense now. The car should have never been sold to me and my child as it was clearly unsafe. No one, would buy a car off their lot knowing it was in that serious of a wreck previously. They wanted me to bring back the car to them and trade, but I refuse to give them anymore of my money. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to buy a car.
