Still placed an order, shortly after I received an email stating the order had been cancelled because they didn't appreciate the comments. Funny stuff. Desperate to get back on the road, I called Cycle Tech and spoke to a friendly and helpful guy named Stan. Stan assured me he'd have Ben (the owner) call me right back, which he did. After giving Ben the details of my predicament, he told me he'd send someone over with a trailer to pick me and the motorcycle up. A short while later another friendly and helpful guy, Lucas, called to tell me he was on his way. Lucas loaded the bike on the trailer and hauled it 16 miles to their shop. Ben and Lucas worked together to make the repair and get me back on the road in short order. These guys bent over backwards to help me out of a tough situation. My husband and I bought a 2007 Newmar Ventana. When we went to pick it up the service team told us…read moreeverything worked and they had the air conditioner cranked on but when we got home the air conditioner for the very front, on the dashboard did not work and neither did the furnace. They also tried to tell us they couldn't get an igniter for our stove but we were able to find one on Amazon no problem. We talked to the guy in service named Doug and he said that he just wasn't able to find one which made absolutely no sense. Jake our salesperson told us that the RV drove like it was on air but when we drove it home it was rattling so bad it was crazy, and a month after we had it, the drive shaft fell out on us. The guy I called at the repair place said that someone had to have towed that RV at one time and did not replace that drive shaft correctly. It cost us a little over $3,000 to replace. Plus, our salesman Jake, wanted to sell it to us without giving us the couch that belonged in the camper. The lady just didn't want to get it out of storage which was absolutely ridiculous! We were stuck with some crappy recliner that she left in there but I told him that we weren't going to buy it if they weren't going to give us a couch which he finally did get us one. He also told us that the oil had been changed but apparently it didn't get done at all because when he went to get the paperwork for it, it wasn't done at all! It sat outside Bridge City tire for 3 days and they did absolutely nothing with it and he didn't even bother to check on it. When we went to pick up the camper they had empty light sockets with no bulbs. There was also lights on the outside of the RV that needed replaced and finally they sent us with some that a different repair place put on for us. We both feel they did nothing but lie to us and they knew that some of those things weren't working correctly they just didn't care and the service people definitely didn't act like they cared. We felt like we were nothing but lied to there and we did not get good service and I do not recommend them at all. I have no idea how they've been in business as long as they have.
