I bought a car from Kraig Ford in November as my car got totaled. I asked for the car report on…read morethey gave me a car report stating the car had been accident free. As soon as I drove it off the lot, nothing but terrible things happened with the car. I was only able to test drive it for 5 minutes, I should add. I went to trade in the car, a short 6 months later at a different dealer where I was told the car had been in an accident a year ago. When the car was in a wreck, the air bags deployed and the car was 75% damaged on the front end. I had brought the car over to Kraigs to get somethings fixed shortly after buying it, there was glass coming out of the vents, a bad front sensor on the front side and more. It all makes sense now. The car should have never been sold to me and my child as it was clearly unsafe. No one, would buy a car off their lot knowing it was in that serious of a wreck previously. They wanted me to bring back the car to them and trade, but I refuse to give them anymore of my money. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to buy a car.

BEWARE BAIT AND SWITCH Very unprofessional…read moreDid repairs without showing me the estimate Treated me like an idiot when I asked questions. Took for ever to check out invoice wasn't even filled out when they told me my truck was done and never expained why the qoute and actual repair were do far off when it was the exact same repair. Very polite on the phone the guy said they were swamped untill he figured out my 2500 dodge diesel pick up was not a semi. They said they had a free truck and would be right over. I asked him how much the tow was and what he thought what was wrong he told me of everything goes well 150 175. I said ok that's fair. It took an hour for them to arrive the truck driver was nice. I asked if he wanted to stop to fill up my truck and offered some coffee as it was -temp out. He said this will actually same some time and help with the repair. I sat in there shop for 2 hours while my truck sat with no one working on in finally a mechanic worked on it for 15 minutes started it up and walked away. Another 30 minutes they brought the keys in. Took the guy at counter another 30 minutes to fill out the invoice as he complained about the drivers description of the tow. 246 and some change I asked him what was the difference between what the did and what I was quoted on the phone. 1 time for tow 1 time for labor 57 for part and install 25 for diagnostic scanner hook up. I'm as certified and once was a service writer for a dealership. 1 I never asked them to hook up scan too. 2 a scan tool was no needed to do the repair. The tow took 10 minutes and the fix took another 10 on my truck. I was greeted very disrespectful by the guy or whoever he was the one I talked to on the phone. When I explained my riff he went and bitched at the owner I'm guessing he walked up to the open door way and threw his hands up and yelled really really your gonna bitch about it today as if he was complaining about being busy never herd of that in a shop ha. He said your lucky I only charged you 25 I usually charge 50 I told him if I wanted my voe cleared I would of went to advanced Auto. Anyways the man on the phone was very rude to me saying what he did wasn't wrong I said your not very good at your job if everything went better than expected and you were off your quote by 90$ and you never gave me an estimate or explained any charges or repairs before you worked on my vehicle I should of reuse to pay. Do yourself a favor if your not driving a big rig avoid this place at all costs...

(Could have convinced me to have the repair done and got my business, but did not, the honesty was refreshing) did not charge me.
