They have great prices but zero customer service it seems. I would suggest not buying a bike and having it shipped from them as they don't take any responsibility for shipping damages.

Graham's bike shop is my favourite bike shop. I know you're probably asking "who cares what your…read morefavourite bike shop is?" but you're reading my review already. I think Graham is an honest mechanic, he does very good service, he is open about whether it's worth repairing a certain bicycle or not, and has been very fair in all of my dealings with him. Even better, on Thursday nights he now has co-op night, where you can bring your bike in and be your own mechanic! For a small fee, usually $15, you can put your bicycle on the stand and his tools are at your disposal. Graham provides guidance and you can do the repairs yourself, which is a very good deal and a great way to get involved. I highly recommend Graham's bicycle shop and you should definitely check it out!

I mean, the bike was fitted to me, as he kept saying. He really measures everything and every angle. My knee stopped being an issue within a week (!!!) and I have since returned for a small adjustment to my handlebars to try a more aggressive position. Amazing how much harder I feel comfortable pushing now that the knee doesn't hurt... I owe my cycling season to Pierre, so 10X cheers!!
