STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY i bought a bike hear, and after about a year the crank bearings went on the pedals, I have had bikes for years and never had this problem before, when I took the bike back to the shop in Benfleet the salesman told me this is very common, and that a lot of his customers change there bikes every year because of this problem, I will not be returning as I feel I have been sold a cheap product. they may be cheap on price but if you have a problem expect to by a new bike, I would have expected to get more than just over a year without any more expense. the salesman thought I had put new tyres on the bike that's how little use it has had. read more
