Wish I could give zero stars. Walked in, not greeted at all, although the girl was standing right there. Proceeded to look at Helmets, and never asked us if we needed help. Then after my husband grabs the ladder to look at ta helmet, she runs over to grab the ladder away from us. I asked if they had what I was looking for, and as she walked about said no, and mumbled something under her breath. We drove an hour to get here with a grand in our pocket to buy two helmet and Senas, but hell no! Bye bye! Lol read more

Now, I see him for everything at Cycle Gear and plan my store visits around his hours. Cycle Gear sure missed a chance at making him the new store manager, I could tell an immediate improvement of the store's personality when he was the interim manager. Great customer service. With myself and with others, it was obvious that the employees here were trying to take time to make happy customers. They would take time helping a kid get his riding gear squared away for his dirt bike, and then take time to help someone who needed parts and we're not 100% sure which part they needed. All kinds of riding gear (clothes, helmets, etc.), tires, chains, and bike accessories are available in the store. If your need something for a go kart and can identify a similar part in a motor cycle, they probably can order it for you. Of course, the results are on you, but they can probably help you get parts that are possibly outside motorcycle application. read more

My fiancé and I went to Cycle Gear this morning to get me a new helmet and ended up leaving with a few other things because the staff was so great. In a time where customer service is almost completely dead, Cody and Taylor (their names are on their uniforms) were so nice but not pushy or overbearing. You could just tell that they loved their shop and talking to other riders. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely get all of our parts and supplies there from now on. read more

Ok, I sold my bike and haven't actually been in the store for several months. But when I did ride I went there a lot, and spent a lot of money on a lot of nice stuff. I could always find something cool. They also did a fine job mounting two tires for me. Love the place. read more
