NOTE: ~ This post office is inside WHSmith. Location: Since it's located in the heart of Cwmbran Shopping Centre, coming here to post your mail is very convenient. I don't know about you, but whenever I have to do errands, I try to make a day out of it by grabbing a nice bite to eat or do some shopping. Cwmbran Post Office is great for that. However, due to its location, the queue is often quite long. Customer Service: As mentioned earlier, the queues are quite long. Don't be surprised if you end up waiting around 15 minutes before getting help. However, the employees I've met so far here have been very lovely people who deliver great customer service. For instance, I was trying to mail my old phone overseas to America and they were very helpful with letting me know regulations, costs, etc. Every time I've visited this post office, I've constantly gotten service with a smile. They're really patient as well, even if you're inexperienced with posting! --- Overall, the only real downside to this place is the queue time. However, if you can overlook that, Cwmbran Post Office has great people in a convenient location. read more
