Tell me the complete price upfront, including any fees, so I can decide knowing exactly what I'm paying. It's unfortunate because they did a good job, but this lack of transparency cost them a long term customer. I hope they take this as constructive feedback because honesty about pricing is every bit as important as the quality of the work.
