The main # has been constant busy signal for 4 days. The alternate # from the website goes to a voice response service and after pressing 1 announces "There is no one available to answer your call" and then disconnects. A third number provided by the website chat bot is not even a valid number. I've filled out numerous "Contact Forms" on the website with name, phone number, zip code and email address but no one has ever called, texted, or emailed back. Is this company still in business? They don't seem too interested. Do they even care how much business they are losing?

The installation itself seemed acceptable at the time. However, as time passed, small paint chips began appearing and exposing the original white paint underneath. The issue became especially noticeable around the square molding. My wife repeatedly used the touch-up paint they left behind, but eventually the small bottle ran out. Considering we paid approximately $14,000 for this door installation, we are very disappointed with the quality and durability of the finish. I contacted the company to report the problem, and they scheduled an inspection for May 18, 2026. We will see how they address the issue, but based on our experience so far, I can only give them two stars.

When I told that person that I already had and have been trying to get someone to come out and fix and issue she gave me the number for "corporate." I called that number and the woman who answered did not listen to what I was saying and rushed me off the phone by staying "I'll transfer you." she transfered me to the same number i have been leaving messages at for two weeks. I waited at least a week. I had no calls and no one came. I returned to Gulfstream to find out when someone would come. I was told Joe would call me. They said he was busy. She found my work order and put it on top of the pile hoping that would get me serviced. After a month I returned and Joe happened to be in. He said he had called and it went to voicemail and he left a voicemail. I received no voicemail. However he did schedule an appointment for the next month. He did show up on time. He acted as if he didn't like his work. He failed to respond when my wife greeted him. I assisted him with getting windows open and determining the ones with problems. He left and said he would return the next day. He did not return. After a week I returned. He was again in. I told him it had been more than a week and he had not returned. He said he was there 2 days ago and not a week. Then he found his notes and saw he was there when I said. He said he would send me an email with the estimate. In fact he said he would do it right then. He only said it was an estimate. I drove home and opened the email. It was more than an estimate. It required me to sign a form and to pay 50% of the estimate. I returned to the office because the form did not have a way to sign virtually and I had no way to print it. I was right there and he didn't tell me that. On my return I got the attendant to print it and I signed it and handed them a check. It has now been another month gone by and no calls, no reason for the delay. After 3 months + and no work done. I returned today and requested my money back. It was retuned. That is the only plus in their box. The owner was in and signed the check. He did not come out to apologize or to see what my complaint was. That says a lot in itself.
