We ordered two large tents, chandeliers, bar, porta potty, tables, chairs and a dance floor for a recent family event. The dance floor was advertised as a parquet dance floor. The very definition of parquet is that it is a wooden floor with geometric designs. What we received for our event was a linoleum floor that looked like wood. The floor was uneven and was unsafe to use. The large tent was dirty and had several holes. When they arrived late with the delivery, they realized that they had forgotten several items. They had to come back the next day to bring the rest of the ordered items. We advised them about the parquet floor... to give them a chance to make it right. Their response was "this is the only floor we have." In short, we paid in advance for 2-3 star quality for our important event. We have worked with other rental companies that offered a higher quality product with better customer service...and most importantly, they delivered on their promise. With a total price of almost $2000, I feel that we did not receive good value. I was very disappointed and would probably not purchase from this company again. read more
