I asked the gentleman if it was definitely a C major harmonica, which he assuredly confirmed. Went home and immediately noticed one of the scales was incomplete, therefore making it unusable for me. The F note was missing for one of the 2 scales. That was by design, of course, but what was not - was the gentleman not letting me know before the purchase that it was not a full C major scale. I didn't see the accompanying flyer either, because I bought a new one, not the one I saw on the counter. Going back the next day he was unfriendly, and refused to offer a refund, because "i had already blown into the harmonica". That to me is just an excuse to refuse the refund, because modern day sanitization. would have easily solved that. It's not the price tag that bothers me, but having been deceived and having received poor customer service does. Wrote them an email, but never heard back. Avoid this shop unless you really need their services.

Ideas brim in my head about my want of learning to play the drums and I queried the gentleman working the store about lessons and guitars and all sorts of things that I could. For the record, guitar lessons here are from professionally world renowned musicians Stephen Nikleva and Jimmy Roy, who have both worked with international artists and each has a very unique and amazing guitar style. Lessons start at $20.00 per half an hour and are from Monday to Friday between 5:00pm and 8:00pm. Bonerattle is a gem of a music store!

My violin bridge was broken. I came in on August 11 to get it repaired. I wanted to support a local…read morebusiness and I completely REGRET IT. I was told that the bridge replacement order will be placed on the Monday (August 13). I didn't hear back from them at any point about the progress on the repairs. So I called in. I was told that "the guy" will call me, we never connected. Whoever picks up the phone tells me that the "order has been placed." Time goes by, no call. So I call in again. What i am told is that shipping is taking longer than usual from the manufacturer that they ordered from. It is not September. I call in and am told the same thing. It is October. I am told the same thing. It is November. I call in and am told "the guy" will call me. We have been playing phone tag, and this "guy" would never leave a voicemail. I find out today that "the guy can't find the the bridge size" (full size) and the suggestion was that I can go find one, buy it, and have him do the repairs. Why would I want your services after all of this? DO NOT come here. The staff do not communicate to each other, they will LIE to you repeatedly on the phone, this "guy" clearly does not have a name or does not exist, and they clearly do not value your time as a customer. Go any where else if you wanted to be treated with honesty, respect, and integrity. Do not give these people the benefit of the doubt.
