In fact they practically built a new store. Basically gutted the old building. 99% of this is all new. The store is larger. Everything new. Restrooms are clean. I would not hesitate to take a dump here. Now that might change in a year. The pumps are the same. Nothing added or updated with them. So bumping 4 Brothers on 5th and Broad up a star due to the remodeling.

Second, I did try their fried chicken finally a while back, and it was decent - though not world changing (3 stars for the chicken). Third - and the reason I'm giving them 4 stars - is their Dubai bar. I've had Dubai bars from a fair number of places in multiple states by now, and this is easily the best one I've had! And I've had it several times now! The price for the size of it is very decent at $12.50, and as you can see it is large, just like my banana! :) And the pistachio crème in that cross section is generously filled and delicious! It is melty and gooey and just a terrific treat! When I think Dubai bar and what a standard chocolate bar with pistachio crème ought to be, this is it. Inside of the store is still trashy though. But I'm happy to run in, buy a Dubai bar, and get out.

I always get the 6 piece wings & wedges with an extra hawaiian roll & double hot sauce. The hot sauce is texas pete of course and perfect for dipping. The wings are a good size, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Most of the time, half of the wedges are gone on the way home. Both the chicken and wedges are hand battered and seasoned well. Definitely check them out. Don't let the appearance of the building sway you. It is the best chicken ever. Give their fried okra and chicken nuggets a try as well.

Visit 4: Received medicine. This place is disorganized, slow and lacking in compassion for the customer (patient). Changing to different pharmacy.

Some interesting food choices at this little takeout only grill inside a Citgo service station next…read moreto Rose's Deli on University. I recently stopped at the station to fill up, and when I went inside I immediately notice the small grill area, with a cafeteria/steam table setup. They offer a limited number of entree items (plates or just the meats) including: Fried Chicken (1/4 with a Potato Wedges for $4.99), Fried Flounder (plate with 2 pieces of fish & Wedges for $5.99), Fried Chicken Liver (a small order, no side, $2.49), Fried Chicken Gizzards, Chicken BBQ, Buffalo Wings, Fried Chicken Drumettes, and even Corn Dogs. There is little offered here that even remotely approaches dietic - most meats are fried (and well fried), the only sides are Wedged Potatoes (yean, fried), and Mac & Cheese - no salads, or greens, or such. The Fried Chicken was excellent - well fried, well-seasoned. The Fried Flounder was no different. The small order of excellent Fried Chicken Livers was huge - a total bargain. The portion for the Wedged Potatoes is also large, and they are very, very good. If you want a tasty, inexpensive, takeout lunch, and calories are not a concern - this is a place you should consider. The fried food is very, very good, the prices are great, and the folks here are nice.

I only ever go here for gas unless I have the kids I nanny. They love to go through the car wash. It's a time killer and makes them happy- also they give discounts or free car washes depending on how much gas you put in your tank. I normally pay at the pump with credit, but the times I've gone inside to pay with cash I've enjoyed the clerks. Smiling and joking around is cool for me. I would much rather someone strike up a conversation than act like a robot. I've never had the food from their little grill thingy, but I see people eating from it all the time. Looks mostly like fried food, which I try to stay away from. And gas station food in general. Sorry I'm not sorry.

Yet another convenience store with a small grill. They offer a variety of breakfast sandwiches,…read morewings, burgers, hot dogs, fried chicken, a few subs and sandwiches, including a fish sandwich. I've had the fried chicken here and it is quite good, much like the Krispy Krunchy brand. But today I just wanted a hot dog and a cheeseburger. The burger is cooked to order so it took 10 minutes or so to get my order. The hot dog, with mustard, chili, and onion was very nice, not quite at the level of the very best in the area, but for $2.69 this is a real value, most in the area are between $3 and 4$! The cheeseburger was also nice, and at $6.90 it is not a real value, especially when compared with the Wakeburger which has double the cheese and meat for $1 more - didn't see this until later!
