Today I witnessed a nice woman, who was buying something, ask if they had a bathroom or where public bathrooms were and the lady was SO rude, told her to go outside, read the signs. This customer was so taken aback and told her off for having no customer service skills. It was awesome. And I literally told her not to take it personally, the woman is just downright mean! But I do not enjoy going in there for the sheer fact of her being so mean. In their defense, I do find many of the small store owners in KPT are rude in general

My wife had recently had major surgery... she is very lucky to have survived. Having recently…read moremoved, her prescription for Tramadol was called into the wrong pharmacy. The Male pharmacist was extremely rude and dismissive. This was explained and he was politely asked to call the pharmacy and verify that the prescription had not been picked up and/or to please check with her surgeon's office to verify the error. Instead, we waited almost 2 hours while he casually reviewed her history and noticed that over 9 years ago she had had a similar prescription for herniated discs and fractures. We are both professionals and sadly do understand that the rise for concern in today's world. However, his rude and passive aggressive behavior was totally unprovoked and extremely unprofessional.

Someone finally came to the door- seemed like I woke up her up. she first told me she technically couldn't sell me anything because I was from out of state? doesn't make sense when weed is legal in Maine and I have a medical card. Anyways she decided to sell to me 2 carts. $40 each which is already a rip off and then one of my carts is faulty and will not work. so basically I spent $80 on 1 gram. Really annoyed one whole one doesn't even work. wouldn't recommend this place. Pretty sketchy.

York Hospital in Wells is a lovely, lovely place. I visited the office twice in the past three…read moremonths and both times were just delightful experiences. I hate hospitals, hate healthcare, hate getting anything checked really and I found that this place made the whole thing much better. I am officially with Dr. Doris Kramer(sp?) but I've never met her, just the nurse practitioner Laurie, who rocks my socks anyway. Everyone who I met was just so patient and polite. They were able to get me in on the days/times I needed and that was amazing too, especially with short notice. So if you've never been to the doctor or haven't been in awhile they will start you with a blood test and take a few vials of blood. Then if your blood comes back fine you'll just have a follow-up physical, which is easy peasy. I was very comfortable the whole time although I can't stand giving blood. Hoping to not have to do that again anytime soon. They also flushed my ears out which was really weird and awkward. I wouldn't do that again but at least the people who did it were pleasant. Ummm TMI? Whatever bye.

I went into the York hospital clinic and they found out I had strep throat. The nurse who took the culture test was extremely patient with me and my anxiety (I panic for the culture tests and tend to over react accidentally) but she was so polite and patient which helped me to relax. This is my go to place when I'm not feeling good.
