An old fashion…read morepharmacy Colonial Pharmacy is one of those old fashion drugstores that use to be in every town before CVS and Walgreen's put most of them out of business. Of course there is a pharmacy and the usual assortment of over the counter medications and remedies. But the rest of the store is an explosion of toys, junk food, clothes, booze, beach thingies and souvenirs. Many things seem to be just randomly put where ever there is room but this method seems to work just fine. Just walk around and you will eventually find what you are looking for. Colonial is definitely a beast from the past that managers to survive in the world of modern, sanitized and organized drugstores, probably because of the beachy and touristy environment of Kennedbunkport. A pleasant and very cool place that will probably have what you are looking for.

My kids were looking at the toys, playing with a few cars, minding their own business and we were rudely told they couldn't play or touch the toys. What kind of store puts toys visible from the window and then gets mad when kids want to look at the toys? We thought Kennebunkport was a family friendly town. And this is our first impression. We've been in much nicer stores with toys where they didn't care if kids played with the toys. We were going to buy some essentials from this tote but as soon as they were rude to us we left. We will take our business elsewhere. If I was a store owner in the area, I'd want these owners/employees gone. Not a welcoming place.

The Male pharmacist was extremely rude and dismissive. This was explained and he was politely asked to call the pharmacy and verify that the prescription had not been picked up and/or to please check with her surgeon's office to verify the error. Instead, we waited almost 2 hours while he casually reviewed her history and noticed that over 9 years ago she had had a similar prescription for herniated discs and fractures. We are both professionals and sadly do understand that the rise for concern in today's world. However, his rude and passive aggressive behavior was totally unprovoked and extremely unprofessional.

I hate hospitals, hate healthcare, hate getting anything checked really and I found that this place made the whole thing much better. I am officially with Dr. Doris Kramer(sp?) but I've never met her, just the nurse practitioner Laurie, who rocks my socks anyway. Everyone who I met was just so patient and polite. They were able to get me in on the days/times I needed and that was amazing too, especially with short notice. So if you've never been to the doctor or haven't been in awhile they will start you with a blood test and take a few vials of blood. Then if your blood comes back fine you'll just have a follow-up physical, which is easy peasy. I was very comfortable the whole time although I can't stand giving blood. Hoping to not have to do that again anytime soon. They also flushed my ears out which was really weird and awkward. I wouldn't do that again but at least the people who did it were pleasant. Ummm TMI? Whatever bye.

The nurse who took the culture test was extremely patient with me and my anxiety (I panic for the culture tests and tend to over react accidentally) but she was so polite and patient which helped me to relax. This is my go to place when I'm not feeling good.

They had a ton of stuff I don't usually see at my local store, which made wandering the aisles kind of fun. The layout was clean and organized, and the store seemed well-stocked in almost every department. It's a great spot if you're looking to do a one-stop shop for groceries, clothes, camping gear--you name it. Overall, one of the more impressive Walmarts I've been to!

I had never been to a Circle K before and I was pretty impressed with what I saw here. First of all the store was immaculate. The shelves and the products on them had no dust. Even the restroom was very clean. The doors to the beverage cooler were clean with no smudges or streaks on them. The product variety was very good and they had plenty of candy, bakery items, chips, chocolate, fruity snacks, beverages and more. I decided on a candy bar so I grabbed what I wanted and took it to the register area to pay. There was nobody in line so I was waited on immediately. The cashier was very nice and processed my transaction efficiently. Definitely stop by here for all of your convenience store needs when you are in the area.
