Their pharmacy people need better people skills. I used an hour of my time to fix a problem their system made.! The 800 people actually had to call their pharmacy to tell them to fix it bc it had to be done at their end. Two days I called the pharmacy. I spoke with two ladies. I don't know how this place has more than two stars... the aggravation it has caused in my family is ridiculous. I really don't think these people have any clue. How to read, write, or communicate. It's bad enough. My wife says she doesn'hear me half the time .....now. She probably will never again because they can't get prescriptions, right. Recommendations on improving. Went through the drive thru and medications were not ready. I received some through the drive thru and was told I could come in for the rest. I sat inside in line for about 10 min spoke to the lady at the register and she said it wasn't ready. I asked how much longer and she said they close in 10 minutes so before than. It is now almost 4 minutes until closing and I still don't have my daughter's medication. The lady also told me they only have 1 pharmacist. I don't think that's my problem....my problem is getting my daughter her medicine. The ladies demeanor was rude and it is 757pm with 5 people in line. I can't believe how horrible this service is. Definitely thinking about changing my pharmacy after over 10 years. Now I'm waiting in another line because it was announced all meds that were waiting are ready. Beyond annoyed. read more

The pharmacy technicians aren't very nice at this location. They're actually pretty rude. I started using Walgreens but they are a little further & I'm in pain waiting on my script for antibiotics so I picked the closer pharmacy. Lesson learned. Going back to walgreens! read more

I like this CVS but I will not be using the pharmacy any more. They do not enforce HIPAA. On numerous occasions I've had other customers come right up to the pharmacy counter while I was being waited on & the person waiting on me said nothing. The 1 customer was standing right next to me & I had to tell her that she was invading my privacy & to move away. The girl behind the counter thought she was with me & I told her no. The pharmacy doesn't have anything asking others to stand back & wait to be called like other pharmacies & I think this is wrong that the customer has to be the 1 to say something. So for this, I'll be moving my business elsewhere. read more

My review is more geared towards the pharmacy department. However, the store was very clean and neat and the staff were friendly. The pharmacy and pharmacist, Michael A. went above and beyond! Needed to fill several prescriptions and over the counter medications and the pharmacist was very helpful with suggestions and making sure the prescriptions were accurate!
