I'm a t1d and every time we call a prescription in they say "we don't have it" or "will be here tomorrow" we ordered it and came in the lady told us it would be ready in 15 minutes and we ordered it a few days prior we went back later and where told to go back tomorrow and with our Omni pods even though we have called both insurances with them they refuse to give them saying to call the insurance makeing me go days without the medication I NEED TO SURVIVE no to mention they have terrible customer service when my dad called in asking about his medication the workers got upset and hung up on him I wish that there was a place that actually cared about there customers. read more

The Pharmacy is the worst. I told them they didn't give me 90 pills as prescribed.Their Computer said I got 90 pills. Since I was home when I found it out they said there was nothing they could do to help me. The Pharmacy is all business.I wish I could find another smaller Pharmacy that knows my name. I will say look at your pill bottles before you leave the counter.Now I have to go without my meds.No people skills at all or empathy at the Pharmacy. I wish there was a small pharmacy where they cared about me and not about the insurance companies.The Pharmacist does nothing to make sure the pill count is right and the insurance will pay for it.Their auto refill is laugh I have to call them 5 days before I run out or I will run out. Tried to print a photo earlier. Was unsuccessful. The employees who attempted to help insisted it was a problem with my phone and not the machine. One stated multiple times possibly my phone had been wet because that's what their cable said. Even after I eliminated my phone and used my mini sd it wouldn't load all my photos. They suggested I use the app and order my pictures from home. I was already in the store! I drove to Clark's Summit. Used my same phone and cable and printed my pictures in less than 2 minutes. I'm equally annoyed with the lack of customer service, the fact that the computer will stay malfunctioning in Tunkhannock forever since they are convinced it's not broke, and my time wasted. read more
