Impressed by this CVS in Titusville. We were greeted by the lady at the register upon walking in and asked if we needed help finding anything. We had an Rx called in that we forgot to pick up back home and knew what we were on the hunt for. The pharmacist and staff was super friendly as well. I couldn't find some sinus stuff that I was looking for a lady helped me with that. No line at check out and we were in and out within a timely manner. The store is set up nicely as well. Being from outta town it was hard to find stuff but that wasn't due to anything they could help. We just had never been here before. Overall good experience! And Rx was done within an hour! The Blond woman who works the drive-through pharmacy should not be employed in a customer-facing job. We get it, you are in a bad mood, and the people who disturb you by using the drive-through facility are little more than an irritant! I sincerely hope one of your bosses decides to use the service; then, perhaps, when you are sitting at home wondering where you are going to work next, you might realise customers should be treated like people, not an annoyance! read more

I don't have a review I need to know if this pharmacy is good at keeping track of my medications because I have 3 different doctors who have me on different medication and I have allergic reactions severe is this a good pharmacy read more

I went in for a script that was called in at 11:30 AM and I got there about 6:00PM and the very rude girl told me it would be a "little bit" I asked what "a little bit" was and she replied, "Well, she has to leave and it just leaves me and him, so it will be a little bit." Ok. Like 15 min and I will shop the store or 2 hours and I will come back. She replied, " I already told you a little bit." Even though they had it for hours and this point. Very rude "dyed" bright red head. I am going to look into change pharmacies. Ridiculous. read more

Came from urgent care for my daughter while being out of town. Came to the CVS and they were already complete with one of my prescriptions working on the other one. It was within 10 minutes of them sending over the prescription. I'm super impressed. read more

The only reason I gave this pharmacy two stars and not one is because sometimes the employees are nice. Beyond that, this has to be the worst Pharmacy I've ever dealt with in my five decades of life. They get things mixed up, they forget or misplace paperwork, they give you the wrong amount of meds, they refuse to take coupons or GoodRx if they are busy, they completely forget to fill prescriptions, believe me, I've seen it all with this pharmacy. The only reason we are with them is because it's either them or Walgreens with our insurance and Walgreens would be the only pharmacy I could say that would be worse. I may just disregard the insurance altogether and use GoodRx exclusively and just go to Publix. read more

Do not ever go. They mess up prescriptions more than they get them right. You cannot contact them via phone.

I had the unfortunate experience of needing to fill a prescription here while traveling. This location couldn't fill my full prescription, and it was a Tuesday- I was leaving for home on a Friday. They were having major supply issues and they also forgot to order the supply on the Tuesday..I called Thursday to make sure it would be ready and they hadn't ordered it. It was a contolled substance. Finally I call in and it's ready in an hour, and I get there and the pharmacist starts giving me a lecture on how it's too early to pick it up, and it turned into him down talking me in a "i deal with you people all the time". I had to tell him the whole story about how this was a supply issue from Tuesday and that its not an early pick up. In front of my children he proceeds to make out that he is doing me a huge favor. He had to rerun the transaction because someone did it wrong. But, he did not hesitate to lob insults at me in the process. It was a mortifying experience. read more

This is both where I get my prescription filled and purchase my cosmetics. The staff has stayed pretty consistent both in the retail store and pharmacy. This is at least when I am there--I don't generally visit during the day. The techs and pharmacists have been really great with consistently having my prescriptions ready on time. They actually keep me on my toes! The staff has been really easy to work with and are always helpful when reaching out to doctors for me. It stays pretty busy, so don't expect to chit chat with anyone back there. They're all business. On to the make-up! Prices--yes, it's more expensive. But damn if it's not convenient. They have nearly every drugstore make-up brand here. My favorites like NYX, Milani, Wet n Wild... and of course the standard brands and a few more. They do have sales. And there are also coupons and the occasional rewards bucks. Overall, this is a great location. It's well lit, easy to navigate, and has a lot of variety. read more

Clean store and I was pleasantly surprised and how friendly the entire staff was. I was greeted as I walked in the door. Did not have to wait in line at the pharmacy and was greeted by a very friendly young lady. Was asked twice while traversing through the store if I needed help finding anything. Made a big enough impression that this is my new favorite pharmacy! read more

Inside is okay, typical CVS. Outside is a different matter. Light over the RedBox is out so the spot is pretty dark. The parking lot is horrible. Poor traffic planning and horrible surface. read more
