I asked him his name because I wanted to make sure I had it when I report him to the State Board of Pharmacy and to CVS corporate. As a response he took the insulin away from me that was for my son, who had run out of supply today. He said he wasn't CVS and didn't have to give me the insulin and forced me to apologize. I will never patronize the CityWayCVS again and if I can help it, any CVS which is hard due to their monopoly on the market. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional.

When they finally decide to act like they "see" me now it's an argument about who's not busy enough to deal with us. I said hey nothing like telling me you see me. Just say we will be with you shortly. The pharmacist decides this is her que to have a moment. She's seen my kids before. She remembers them. She gave them their first vaccine two weeks ago. Asks where their shot records are and then Refuses to give their vaccine. Starts in on me like I am a child. I explained my children are old enough they are grown ups. They don't need me babysitting their shot record they are grown. Which produced her final answer of refusing to give them. I'm no genius but we are in a pandemic. Shot records are NOT required for this vaccine. I've been to 4 other facilities. I'm sure of this. She admitted as much. They didn't need it. That's what SHE wants while she goes off on her soapbox about how irresponsible I am. Won't go back. I'll find another facility who is HAPPY to give out the covid vaccine. What an awkward experience…read more This just so happened to be my 'pit stop' on our long travel. I walk in and kindly ask one of the two girls behind the counter if they had a public restroom that I was able to use. One looks at me and tells me kindly where it was located. I replied "thanks" and the same girl says "no problem and to let you know, it may smell like poop because apparently that's what it smells like". How do I respond to that?! So, I simply said "thanks for the heads up". I head back there, now petrified that I had to go to "one of those bathrooms". Walked in and thought to myself "it smells like poop because someone needs to clean this place heavy duty!" It wasn't as bad as I was told, but it sure did need some work. Besides the weird "notice" the store was very dead but very clean. If I were a resident, I would only come to shop and would not come here as a pit stop.

Not to mention, if you're prescribed a controlled substance, and you just to happen to have had multiple prescribers in the past, you'll need to constantly make sure they're only filling scripts from your current provider, because it seems as though they don't really read, they just click buttons, and if they screw up (Spoiler, they will), your doc might accuse you of being a junky after he gets a phone call from the DEA. 0/10, would not recommend. The pharmacist said it might have been put back, but that doesn't really make sense, because that's generally 1-2 weeks after you're supposed to pick it up. I know time feels different during COVID but this is wild. Oh well. Nothing like hanging out in the public areas for unnecessarily long periods during a pandemic! My wife and I needed passport pictures. We called Walgreens and they happily tell you to come in…read moreanytime. I went and they only one person working the front register. She informed me she would do her best. I sat in the picture chair. She helped me in between customers. I was in there for about 25 minutes to get a picture that should take less than five minutes. But she did try. My wife left work early to get hers done a few days later. The employee working the front informed her they weren't going to do it because they were too busy. She went to CVS and they did it no problem. Apparently Walgreens don't employ enough people. They need to advertise passport photos are contingent upon their ability to do so at the time.
