My favorite CVS location. Their customer service was impeccable and the checkout lines were short and quick. I will definitely be returning!

Incompetent. Went to pick prescription up and their system was down but they did not say anything until I put all my information in the kiosk. Had to wait six 15 minutes until system came back up then stand in line again . Picked up script and was charged as they did not bother to bill my insurance. Now I have to physically go back in because you cannot contact them over the phone and speak with anyone. Additionally the kiosk for the CVS card has been inoperable for several weeks now so you cannot access any coupons prior to shopping. I will be transferring all of my prescription ms to another pharmacy now read more

For years Veterans Affairs has told veterans CVS will give you (us) veterans flu shorts and CVS will bill VA.Tbis is false,I tried it again today and was told by pharmacy personnel that VA said my health card was invalid? Interesting as I just used the barcode on it to pick up a script at VA and it is valid through December 2025.Not the first time but will be the last.Veterans need toook elsewhere.Want to know why they don't tell us the truth?Surprise,VA takes up to 90 days to pay and Medicare takes less than 30! very nasty people who work at cvs was there for almost 3 years and all i wanted was my test strips and gave me such a hard time told me they refuse to help me anymore cause i drove off i wasnt going to be bullied by no one then called a supervisor at the front desk and he told me to not call there again i will be filing a complaint and thinking about sueing them for being a bully and harrassment 2021 for harrison terre haute indiana dont go there they are very rude and nasty people read more

This is my favorite CVS location. The pharmacy staff has always gone out of their way to be helpful and courteous. The staff up front have always been considerate and assist when needed. read more

Horrible service. Went in to buy bottle of grenadine for drink recipe on Sundays (liquor sales prohibited on sunday). Was looking through the liquor aisle for grenadine and was rudely told that I could not buy anything from that aisle (including non alcoholic beverages). When I told the employee that I just wanted grenadine, they replied that they did not sell it. I was looking directly at the grenadine. I told them that they had it and it was a non alcoholic syrup, but they insisted that they would not allow me to purchase it. The employee that I dealt with was extremely rude and has guaranteed that I will not ever return to this store. read more
