In-Store: I waited for text confirmation but when I got to the store, they couldn't load their site nor had they received my order. They couldn't give me the same promotional discounts but I did get a double side-serving of smug indifference (thanks Brittany). This is a HUGE conglomerate, how is it possible that a prescription here costs me $89, yet at Hannaford the same drug is $5? CVS definitely has more spending power than Hannaford, so the only explanation is that they are hoping you won't check. It's truly disgusting. Today I sat on the phone on hold for 45 minutes to ask why my prescription for a pain medication for a compressed disk in my back & frozen shoulders has been processing for 3 DAYS! The tech who finally answered the phone told me they were just a couple days behind filling peoples prescriptions. On what planet is that ok? It's like "oh, you're in terrible pain? I was paired with Shawn L. as my respiratory therapist who set me up with a new cpap machine. I was able to try many different masks and sizes and ask questions and was given all the time in the world to feel comfortable with this new equipment. In the month since I've started cpap therapy, Shawn has been available to answer questions or swap out for a new style mask that might be more comfortable. I could not be happier with this company and as a nursing assistant at Exeter hospital, I appreciate and recognize great care.
