Awful! My daughter went to fill her presription and they kept saying the card information wouldn't work with their system. Funny, it works will all other CVS systems! They just kept walking away instead of trying to give any sort of help or try to troubleshoot what they could be doing wrong with the data entry. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. Hire workers that are competent and have an ounce of customer service skills. read more

There is something wrong with the pharmacy system. I get texts that meds are ready. I go and wait in line. They aren't there. Then staff tell me to get into a different line, where someone else tells me my insurance rejected my meds or I can't pick up the med I want for another 5 weeks. That's absurd because they just gave me a partial refill two weeks ago and told me to come back this week to pick up the rest so that they could sync my meds. They sent multiple texts to come get these meds and now say they don't exist and they can't fill it? The staff doesn't seem to know how to read the system's interface because they tell me one reason, then change their response as they continue to look thru the screen. Every time I've picked up an RX, something has gone wrong and I've had to come back. And for the love of God, if you give a patient a partial, tell them so it's not a surprise. Or ask me if I even want my meds synced up. There's a lot of assumptions and no communication going on. This is what happens when you have 6 to 8 people behind the counter. They take no ownership of the customer experience and just punt you to another line. I've gotten a more personalized experience from a McDonald's drive thru. I dread walking into that place like I dread a root canal. And I'm really mad now because they fucked up my diabetes med refill so my sugar is off. CVS pharmacy staff need training. They have too many young people who don't know how to solve problems or communicate...or just don't care. And don't bother calling in. Call ins aren't allowed. You can only leave a message. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Don't go here if you have a better alternative. read more

Excellent new store and a huge upgrade from previous location next to Giant. Drive thru pharmacy is convenient but I prefer to go inside. Shelves are pretty well stocked, coupons and sales are good, and pharmacy staff are very helpful read more

You find everything but fresh food such as veggies and fruits. I went to get the flu shot. I took my kids too. They changed the system. Last year they didn't injected the kids under 18. Now, they inject the kids over 9 years old. The service was fast, we were the first ones in line, so, it was good. The guy who gave us the shot was really gently. I didn't even feel it. All in all, I will go back for sure. read more

Had to print photos for graduation since every place I went to in NY didn't have photo machines or they weren't working. Right away I notice how clean and organized this place was. They have 2 photo machines. One even has a scanner. They were easy to utilize and the prices were reasonable but best of all was Becky. She is a sweet older lady ( her kids and all...I mean all of her grandkids are blessed) I was stressed out about getting everything done for graduation but she thankfully was so helpful and knowledgeable about the machines. She assured me that if I didn't like how a picture came out that I wouldn't be charged. I tend to get aggravated coming into these kind of pharmacy chains with their long lines, messy aisles and unfriendly cashiers but not here. This was totally different and the best experience! read more

Exponentially better than their old location at Northland Center. They felt run-down when they were next to Giant. Now they feel like a real, thriving CVS you'd find in a city. Drive-though pharmacy with a decent staff (Ed is a great guy, and has been there for many, many years). To make things better, their selection is top notch. It's a big store. Tons of parking and easy to get to with a ramp for exiting North Atherton when coming from the south. read more

After switching insurance companies, I have been having an issue getting one of my medications covered. I spoke with a pharmacist last week who told me, if a prior authorization is denied that I can pay for it out of pocket. I called today and they are not filling it. I tried speaking with the pharmacist who did not want to give me any details and kept avoiding answers when asking for specific information. I was always polite and never got rude or loud. After awhile the pharmacist got louder and rudely said 'You're way too hung up on the details'. Which really hurt and made my depression and anxiety kick in. I started to get choked up while I was speaking afterward and explained how this medication really helps me. She giggled and sounded amused and continued to not be helpful. Now being a pharmacist she was looking at my medication history right in front of her, is that how you talk with a patient who has documented depression and anxiety? Also, ma'am to find out you have an undiagnosed mental disorder at the age of 35, to be prescribed a medication that has changed your life more than the current anxiety and depression medication you are already on, to have it improve your relationship with your family, and quality of life, to then be told even though I have a valid prescription from a local doctor they wont fill it, and then have the pharmacist insult me and laugh at me, you would be hung up too. This woman should not work in any customer facing role for people, she has no soul and frankly should not have a pharmacy license. She does not deserve it. Its disgusting to think a pharmacist treats people this way. read more

Went to CVS to get my flu shot, the lady working the pharmacy register was extremely rude.. but that is besides the point! I get bad anxiety dealing with anything medical related, especially shots. More often than not, I pass out at the sight of a needle. I was waiting in line for the flu shot and got called back, my friend came with me for moral support. I told the lady I get uncomfortable around needles and usually passed out, and she ignored the statement completely. I asked my friend to walk to the other side so she could hold my hand and the rude lady giving me my shot rolled her eyes and proceeded to say "can we hurry this up", i commented back saying she made me uncomfortable and i get anxiety from this stuff, as she proceeded to give me the shot and told me to get up and leave. As I am not medical professional, I do know this is not a way to administer any care. I dint have high expectations because i did go to CVS, but thought the pharmacy would at least give decent customer service. In addition, It is not typical to tell someone to "get up" right after giving them a shot when the customer as forewarned you about passing out from needles. Very disappointment, the lady is lucky nothing serious happened to me. read more

I've been to this one a few times and have never been impressed with the customer service. At best, they seem to not want to be there or help, and at worst, they are rude and condescending. Would recommend going elsewhere, especially for photo needs. read more

Have never dealt with more difficult customer service in my life. Rude, condescending, not willing to help or answer any of my questions about medicine. I dropped off a prescription and told the pharmacist that I would be back to pick it up through the drive thru and she literally responded "I don't care". I once travelled and forgot my medicine, when I called them to ask them to transfer it they said "you have to call the pharmacy you want it filled at" AND HUNG UP ON ME. I figured a free standing pharmacy, as opposed to one in a grocery store, would be better accommodating and have friendly pharmacists. I was entirely wrong, will not be returning again. read more
