Rudest pharmacy tech's I have ever had to deal with and the pharmacist is not much better. Misha is the rude tech that we have dealt with two times. She appears to be clueless and rude at the same time. I was at the pharmacy trying to refill my prescription this afternoon and was trying to use a GoodRX coupon, as I've done in the past, since the prescription was over $280. The pharmacy tech was not listening to what I was saying, would not take the time to talk to me, and clearly showed her frustration with my questions. When I had enough of her refusal to interact in a professional manner, I turned to leave and the pharmacy tech yelled across the store "you have a great day!" There were four people in line behind me. Not a good show of customer support. I am extremely disappointed in this incident as I have been a CVS customer for many years. I have since transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy and am meeting with my investment broker tomorrow to sell my CVS stock. read more

Wish I had read the reviews for this pharmacy before having prescription sent here. This place is terrible. Pharmacist Meghan is a jerk ... and I mean a jerk in every way. Got a text saying medication ready. I stopped by, sorry it's not ready but I'll expedite it. Come back 2 hours later and try to pay for it with coupon Dr gave me ... sorry, coupon means they start over from the beginning and you go to back of the line. Wait for half hour, nothing. Ask a question, get an ear full from jerk Meghan the Pharmacist gal. This place doesn't deserve 1 star. Try this empty hole at your own peril. read more

So rude. I called to see if they had my medication in stock and the lady who answered the phone told me, very rudely, they could not give me that information over the phone. Every other pharmacy in Starkville has been able to tell me. My prescriber even told me I would have to call and see where it was available. I asked to speak to someone else and was on hold forever before being told they don't even carry what I needed. Waste of time. Wouldn't recommend using their pharmacy in Starkville. read more

The cashier refused to scan my CVS $2 off coupon for a passport photo. She kept saying that I had to add it to my Care card to get a discount, but the coupon cannot be added to a Care card. Also, the instructions on the coupon clearly state, "Cashier: Please scan bar code or enter coupon code 48872." I'm including a screenshot of the coupon also. read more

The pharmacy tried to scam me out of painkillers. I had a prescription for 60 but for some unexplainable reason they insisted they could only give me 50. Very obvious way to skim valuable drugs for either personal use or resale. As a disabled man who needs these medications to be able to accomplish even easy task, I find this behavior abhorrent. Immediately reported the location to the corporate office. Don't let these people bully you into getting less medication than the prescription states. read more

This pharmacy is a joke. The staff that work there can barely speak proper English, which is not suitable for a pharmacy job position. They never call when your prescription is ready, and if you call to check if it is ready and they verify it, half the time they have nothing in their system of you having any prescription at all, even though you called 20 minutes prior. The one time I got a call, it was an entire 45 second voicemail to let me know my prescription was ready. The guy talked as though something was not right with him and he repeated the same thing 12 times. Also, my doctor has to send in my Klonopin prescription since it is a controlled substance. Every time I call, they say they never received it, and he ALWAYS has to send it in at least 3 or 4 times. read more

Earlier today, I went into this CVS to buy lotion and dental floss. My favorite brand of lotion is on sale starting today - buy one, get one half-off. And there was only one container of lotion in there. They are nearly out of stock of a product that just went on sale. There was also a little sign in front of my favorite dental floss saying that it too was on sale - buy one, get one half-off. When I went to check out and had them scan my ExtraCare card, it turned out that this very same dental floss is not, in fact, on sale. I just left the store without buying any dental floss. I'll get it somewhere else. In the past, I have seen expired medication on the shelves here. I came in to pick up a prescription at a very busy hour (around 6 p.m.) and one of the pharmacists was standing at a register, having a personal conversation on her cell phone and ignoring the long line of customers. This place is the absolute worst. If you cannot get to Walgreen's, buy whatever you need online. read more

This pharmacy, quite frankly, sucks. They have zero interest in customer satisfaction. Having to transfer my prescriptions after Walgreens bought out Fred's has been a nightmare. These people don't care how long customers wait. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. read more
