I've seen people at the entrance basically being bouncers (making sure the store is keeping up with how many people can be inside at once, directing folks to which carts are sanitized, asking people to put masks on). I've also seen more signs throughout the store reminding people to have masks -- I will say that until recently, maybe 50% were actually wearing them but that seems to have changed since the governor's order. Admittedly, it doesn't seem like anyone is really paying attention to the direction signs on the floor about flow of traffic within the aisles, but are still being pretty respectful of each other's space anyway. The staff seems as friendly as ever, there's *a lot* more out of stock than ever before, but getting in and getting out does seem quicker than ever since no one is socializing or taking their time perusing items. Today for instance, I let them know I was on my way and I still waited for 25 minutes and there were only two cars there when I got there. Last time I came I waited 45 minutes and they forgot part of my order so I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to go get the rest of my order. That order only had four items I could have definitely shopped it faster. The staff is always super friendly, but I don't know what has happened recently to make the wait times so much longer than they used to be.

Is that awesome customer service. They have also stayed open for an extra ten minutes when I had to get my son's medication but couldn't make it there before closing. Can you believe that? What you get at ABD is old fashioned service that I thought perished from this planet in the 1950's.
