Recieved a text that my prescription was ready for pickup at this location. Droved over 30 min to find the gates down, no one working the store. It was a few min after 2pm, with closing showing 9pm online and someone said 6pm. I waited 30 min thinking someone had to take a break, but no one ever showed. That's bad business. CVS needs to hire more techs, so they can provide some sort of service. read more

This has to be the slowest CVS pharmacy in the state! They only had 2 people in front of me and no one working the register. Then they called someone else not in line and spent the next 15 min trying to figure out how to ring them up on the register. Horrible service. I'll stick with Walgreens. read more

Every time we have to use this pharmacy I dread it. Every single time there is a wait, a problem with inventory, a problem correctly charging insurance, and forget the drive through line if you value your time, typically wait times exceed a half hour. (It is inexplicably closed for drive through today). I have continuously had a miserable experience with CVS in general, but this location is just very poorly run and it literally slows down and makes life worse every time we have to show up here. read more

I've had really good experiences here the last few months. I understand pharmacies are backed up given Covid-related tasks, but I especially appreciate that this location prioritized and filled a prescription for my daughter after learning it was antibiotics for a three month old. They originally said it would not be filled until the next day. read more

The worst CVS to which I have ever been. The pharmacy is the pits. I only came here this time, because it was the closest to my regular location at Kings and Youree. But this store, in the middle of all the carmageddon at Youree and East 70th, is a hot mess. I really don't know why they have a drive thru, if every time they're gonna ask (none too politely, I might add) that you wheel your butt over and park it and come on inside for a nice little 45 minute to an hour wait (This has happened to me twice here, aaaand I'm already in the CVS system). It's a good thing they have lots to do around this location, because you're gonna have some time to kill when you get a prescription filled here. read more

Nice store staff greets you on your arrival. Store was clean with a lot of great items that were on sale. Staff seemed to be very helpful with other patrons that we're shopping. Checkout was very fast and friendly. I forgot my card so she punched it in most place don't. read more

Just left this location at 330 on Sunday 10 Feb. needed to drop off a prescription but the employee was in an extended conversation with someone at the counter. I left and came back twice and he was still having a personal conversation. I will now go to Walgreens and will never come here again. read more

My WORST service @ a pharmacy probably ever...even including Walmart who always under performs in customer service, with long lines and disgruntled employees ...I've been twice now to this CVS bc it's close to where I just moved and the pharmacy staff was either rude or had no idea what end was up...plus on my last visit the staff just announced my medication name aloud for everyone to hear...I'm not taking any thing to be embarrassed about but I thought it was rude nonetheless and I'm pretty sure a total HIPAA/confidentiality violation...not sure how the cashiers in the main store are, which is why I didn't go for the one star, but the pharmacy staff gets 2 very enthusiastic thumbs down read more
