    Cashier severs is always slow at this location. I could write 3 reviews by the time it takes for me to purchase a bday card.

They kept me on hold for a long time and then told me I've never been prescribed that medicine before and I said that's because you guys were always out of it so my doctor changed it, and I started going to another pharmacy after having my doctor call. They still did not fill my prescription when I called back the lady on the phone said a lot of people don't have their prescriptions right now and they're learning how to live without them. Basically she said I don't need this and then she tells me there's lots of other pharmacies and I can try calling them but calling this one was absolutely worthless and unprofessional telling someone that's been on medication their entire life since childhood to stop taking it and just deal with it. Tough it up. What a crappy Pharmacy zero love or care I remember when the Asian family that owned it before the store was remodeled they were so nice and always kind and even called me on my birthday or sent a card this kind of service does not exist here anymore and I will never ever even try to get a prescription from this pharmacy. Totally disgusted on how I was treated and talked toby staff member on the phone. They should be working. At a gas station or somewhere where they don't have to give a care about what they're doing or how it affects peoples lives. I hope they have the same situation happened to them someday and go through what I did maybe then they will have some compassion for others.

    Bottom line, I was a loyal customer to this pharmacy for six years. Today has completely changed…read morethis. I have never been treated so rudely by a business owner. He had NO customer service what-so-ever. I purchased an "all sales final" product on the trust that his clerk Jeanette measured me correctly and gave me the correct size brace. I was under the impression that the staff measure you because you can't open the box to try it on. The all sales final sign does not state, "Try before you buy!" Nor was I offered the opportunity to try it on by Jeanette. Expensive lesson learned...read the box yourself and measure yourself to make sure you get the right size before you buy. AND ask if you can try it on first. When I got home and tried the brace on, it did not fit, it was too small. When I tried calling the pharmacy to ask if I could just EXCHANGE the product, I was told by Adriana there was nothing that I could do and all sales were final. The best that I could do was try to talk to the supervisor Serena who wouldn't come in until the next day at 9am-3pm. When I called for Serena the next day, I was told by Adriana that she wasn't in yet, she wouldn't be in until 9:30am. I then decided to go into the pharmacy at 10am to speak to Serena in person. When I get there, I am told that Serena is not there yet. When I state, why do I get the feeling that I am getting the runaround? The clerk at the register then says hold on let me see if I can get the owner. When the owner comes around from the behind the counter, he is already on the defense. He tells me pointing to the "all sales are final" sign that they explicitly state all sales are final and I should have known that when I tried the brace on. When I state that I did not try the brace on when I was in here, he rudely interrupts me and states, well I have two girls here who say they saw you try it on. I then state, sir I DID NOT try it on and in fact the girl who measured me is right there. Jeanette of course did not say a word. (So now I am a lying customer.) The owner then decides to disregard me and walk away and says well you will need to speak to the supervisor. She handles this. I then say, OK so when will she be in? He says over the counter, within the hour. (REALLY?!?! You are the owner and you can't even make the decision to right a wrong and allow an EXCHANGE for the correct size to occur???) What kind of business is this? I don't even feel like trying to go back to actually speak to Serena because I feel like I will be called a liar and it won't matter anyway. If the owner treated me the way he did, what will Serena do? Obviously the owner doesn't care to lose business. Although I realize taking my family's patronage away, probably won't hurt his business financially, I still felt the need to write this review. I cannot condone customer service being handled this way. I feel like I've just been robbed of $70. I have a brace that I can't even use and there is nothing I can do about it. Again, very expensive lesson learned. If I could give zero stars, I would.

    Bought a knife block from Target as a birthday gift. Opened it after a trip and realized it wasn't…read morethe brand on the box. It was a mishandled return with a rusty, used, and completely different knife set inside. We went to exchange it 17 days after purchase, which is well within Target's 90-day return policy. The San Pedro store denied the return because of a price discrepancy...a discrepancy that was their mistake when they placed the returned item they never zeroed out back on the floor in the wrong price slot. We were sold a tampered product for the wrong price, then blamed for trying to return it. Instead of fixing it immediately, like any company would do, we were passed between Guest Relations, Asset Protection, and store staff who all seemed confused and inconsistent. One employee told us to wait at Starbucks for a manager. Another insisted the decision was final. No one seemed to know what the actual policy was or how to handle it. We were made to feel like we were pulling some elaborate scam over a $99 exchange caused entirely by their own error. After more than an hour of waiting and escalating through multiple departments, including Twitter and BBB, a manager named Kenneth finally processed the return. He was calm and professional, the only person who seemed to have a grasp on the situation. That said, he appeared to be wearing glasses equipped with a small embedded camera. Some kind of discreet recording device, from the looks of it. There was no explanation, no disclosure, and the whole thing felt quietly unsettling. Even when someone finally did the right thing, there was still something off about how it all played out. Target didn't just mishandle a return. They failed at every level of customer care. If they pull out all the stops to make returning a $99 knife block this difficult, would you trust them with any major purchase? Probably not. Unlike other major retailers who handle simple returns with no questions asked, Target's response was a corporate shrug followed by "we'll pass it along," as if that counts for resolution.
