This CVS has terrible customer service. A few times they text me that prescription is ready for pickup and when I get there it isn't ready. End up waiting. The other day they said the prescription was ready for pickup when I got there they didn't have it, it was at Miller Place CVS. If it weren't so close I would never come here. They just can't get it together at their location. Always looks half stocked and in disarray. Almost guaranteed to have long check out line. Do not fill your medication from this pharmacy! It is an absolute nightmare every time you need a prescription. They are frequently out of medications and every single time they call to tell you that your prescription is ready, you get to the counter and are told to wait another 20 minutes! I have never once gotten my prescription without the extra, unexplained wait. They either need more staff or hold the pickup call until the prescription is actually filled! read more

The rudest people in the pharmacy- Always a wait, and tonight my mother was having an emergency her blood pressure was very high and the dcotor called her in a medicine to lower it so she wouldn't have to go to the ER, and it would immediately help, after waiting on the line for about 20 mins they told me that theyre closing in 5 mins and they never filled the prescription. Didnt show concern or care or offer any other options for me when i told them situation and that it was an emergency. The pharmacist was SUPER rude. Asked her if she knew where the inhalers were in the area near the pharmacy. She barked at me that you can't buy an inhaler over the counter,therefore she would have no idea. I then told her I've been buying inhalers over the counter for years,what are you talking about?! "No you haven't but try isle 11...." I asked the actual manager to the store,who,to be fair,was actually nice, told me they currently don't have any in stock. I drove down the road to the Walgreens and bought one there,with no attitude from a pharmacist,trying to make me feel dumb for asking her a question about her job.... read more

I can say I'm torn about this particular location, as certain areas are good and others really need improvement. Getting rung up at the front of the store always comes with a long wait. Usually the cashiers are busy in their own conversations and make the entire process a ton longer then it needs to be. I've stopped coming here for small items/cards due to that. The pharmacy however is pretty good as long as your picking up an already established prescription. I pick up 2 medications here on a monthly basis and they are always filled before I get there, and I can just go quickly through the drive through and be on my way. However, if you have a new prescription or something that needs a little more attention from the staff, you're screwed. Approvals take a lifetime, and they don't even call you to say the medication needs further information. Last time it happened to me (August), I only knew it wasn't filled when I went there and no one had begun the proceedings to get it filled. read more

They take forever to pick up the phone, I've been calling for 2 hours trying to get someone to pick up the phone. It's a joke. They can't be that busy it's such bad customer service. My dr. Called in a prescription and I just wanted to check and see if it was available before driving over there and they can't pick up the phone for over 2 hours? I called at least 4 times at various times and it's literally impossible to get someone to answer the phone. read more

Forget trying to call the pharmacy. My wife has been calling all day the past two days and no answer. I had to keep going in and waiting on line to ask a question. Then call my wife while she was at work, then go back in, ask a question. For two damn days. They just gave up on the phone. You can hear it say "5 people on the line. 7 people on the line". They gave up on the phone. I have work. I can't keep driving there and asking questions. Freaking stupid. read more

The employees have always been pleasant to me, clean facilities. People keep complaining about the service but isn't that what happens when people stop going to work & inflation causes companies not to refill all position. don't act surprise. yes lines have been longer & phone services aren't as prompt when there's 2 people running the department. complain to your congressman about "stay employed" incentives. This store should be ashamed of themselves. The clerks upfront have the worst attitudes and are incredibly nasty. They don't want to ring you out and are nasty if you don't want to use the self check out. I can't even describe how rude they are. All of them are like that! I don't know how they are all not fired! Don't even get me started on the pharmacy..... Incompetent, combative, unhelpful, don't answer the phone. Sorry we chose this store due to some changes in health plan. No one EVER picks up the phone so you can't get an answer to a question or have anything explained to you in reference to their very inefficient and confusing automated system. I Have been trying to find out the statis of a refill I called in for 3 days and have gotten 3 different responses from computerized system. This store has NO customer service. read more

I go here a lot I like when they do their 2 for $1.00 Arizona's it's also convenient, but the employees never seem to be in good moods especially this older women usually at the register she really seems like she doesn't like her job or something cause there hasn't been a time where she's been in a good mood when she's rung me up just very snotty. read more

I would highly recommend some of the staff in the front end of the store, some of the front end staff are very nice & friendly! When it comes to the pharmacy , they are in my opinion not great at all! Compared to other cvs locations this is one of the not so good ones.EVERY SINGLE TIME I call this location I have been on hold for at least 25 minutes to have a 30 seconds conversation. I think some of the staff in the pharmacy are not friendly at all nor to nice. Customer service I feel is always making the customer comfortable and happy with a good experience, the only person I would say is nice is one of the actual pharmacists, and it stinks because this Cvs location is more convenient for me bit I have to go way out of my way now to get good service at the pharmacy. read more

DO NOT USE! They have given me the wrong prescription, messaged me that my script is ready only to get there and it isn't there. The staff isnt very helpful and the wait times and problems they seem to always have are not worth it at all. One worker even shouted out the name of my personal prescription in front of the whole line. Horrible. read more

Came here today to pick up my kid's antibiotic prescription for bronchitis.. It was pain free and the pharmacist answered all of our questions in the drive through. Although she said she couldn't grab a Gatorade, I was fine with swinging around, parking and going inside. Gatorade is on sale, 18 cents off normal sticker price. Not a huge difference but small savings add up! read more

Friendly service and good deals , I'm not a shopper but the staff always points on 2 for 2 deals etc . Pharmacy very nice , but there hours don't work out for most people . 9-9 or 8-6 , that's like my work hours . Kind of a pain to get my medication read more

Just moved to the area, first time here. Pharmacy has terrible hours. The cashier literally rolled her eyes when I asked politely what would keep my 20% off coupon (which is good til Monday) didn't come up. She flipped the screen around in a nasty manner and said "is this you?" I said yes, and that was an interesting look you gave me for asking about my coupon. She actually said whatever. Yuck. read more
