The layout has me searching the aisles in vain "where's the soap?" A question I heard from a fellow shopper today....a question I asked a few times ago as well. (It's the very first aisle, never where I would look because that's also cosmetics) They have Benefiber but not the bars, Advil but not the gel kind, I've been looking for Aquafresh in the stand up tube does that even exist anymore? Every CVS is different, in every way. Even prices. I paid $5.69 for bleach and it's not even brand name. It Is conveniently located, king Kullen in the same parking lot and gas station across the street. The staff are very pleasant, always.

They seem to be constantly backed up, and the automated system frequently directs me to call back later or leave a voicemail... Overall, the service feels truly unprofessional.

I've been using RVC Pharmacy for awhile, got my Covid booster shot there. As I had a blood test in the same bldg. where they are I stopped in to ask for the vaccine. The pharmacist told me I had to have Part B. ??? I have the AETNA E lite plan which I was told covers these vaccinations. I don't have a separate prescription plan-they have network pharmacies. I was TOLD by Aetna Rockville Centre Pharmacy IS in-network. The Aetna rep told me he'd never heard of a pharmacy in their network denying a member a vaccination. I'm thinking when I can speak to the owner, Howard. I'll see what happened. If they really don't provide this I will tell Aetna they should be REMOVED from the network.

Called it into Rite Aid while I was there. Printed out goodex coupons for it and I was out of the office by about 5:30 to take the pup home. Around 8:30 I went over to pick it up. They asked the info and I gave it to them and then they said no one ever called it in. I assured them I watched them and they again said no one called it in and then kinda acted as if it was all over. I explained this is a life and death situation and that they did indeed call it in because I was there. The younger woman said she checked at 6 and there was no message. Again, I was long gone from the vet by then and it was absolutely called in. After a bit of back and forth they informed me they are out of stock anyway. Then informs me that they have it Brooklyn if I can make it. Assuming this guy has ever left the block rite aid is on he must know very well I wasn't making it. I emailed my vet and she called me immediately and said she had a few at the office and could give me some until we had a new plan. She also informed me that the call on her log was way before 6:00 and that the secretary logged it at 6:02 and that's done later at the end of the day with other calls. I race to Huntington when the same man calls and says he found the generic pills if i could make it back in time. The place closes in 10 minutes.... I'm almost in Huntington driving 80mph. I tell him I'm calling my wife who is nearby and he again says "as long as she is here by 9" insinuating that, despite this all being the fault of the two of them, he wasn't waiting. My wife thankfully made it. The sheer awfulness, dishonesty, lack of compassion and sympathy shown by these two was astounding. To look a guy in the face who is there only to try to save his dogs life and call him liar essentially over a phone in order time because they clearly didn't check is abhorrent. I can't even fathom the poor people who come in with emergencies for people. I couldn't have envisioned being treated like that at a pharmacy. I can't imagine how these two "people" are trusted with the health of other living things. I'm absolutely sickened by the experience I had there. I'd say do better but I don't think they are able to and doubt they would care to if they could. I expect nothing more from this than rite aid giving a generic bs response but if you need a pharmacy and it's important.... DONT COME HERE

Walgreens Pharmacy has shown a level of negligence and incompetence that is not just unacceptable…read morebut life-threatening. For five days, they failed to refill a standing prescription for one of my brother's seizure medications. This is not a casual medication. It is one of four preventative drugs that keep him alive. Without it, he seizes. And when he seizes, he does not just get up and carry on with his day like some individuals with epilepsy might. My brother stops breathing. He needs a rescue medication administered immediately, or he will die. The last time his rescue medication was not available, my brother had a seizure that led to a stroke from lack of oxygen. They knew this history. They knew the urgency. And still, they failed him, disgustingly. Today, after five days of waiting on Walgreens to fulfill their basic obligation, he had another horrific seizure. This is not a clerical error. This is not a fluke. This is systematic disregard for human life. Walgreens, you have fcked around with the wrong family's safety. You treated this prescription as if it were optional, as if my brother's life didn't matter. He could have died. This pharmacy chain has proven they are not capable of handling critical prescriptions. No sense of urgency. No empathy. No accountability. You are playing with people's lives and then hiding behind red tape. Do better. Be better. Stop treating vulnerable people like they are disposable. You are not just failing as a business, you are failing as human beings. Shame on you, Walgreens.

The Pharmacist was always super…read morefriendly, very helpful..one day I was short $1 for paying for my medications, and he was like don't worry, you pay me next time. He would always call me and tell me my medications were ready and always willing to deliver if i needed. At some point this pharmacist left, I'm assuming he retired. A younger man and woman took over, and since then the service has been sub-par. I never get a call my medications are ready, and when I called them last month to ask about my medications, I was told (with an attitude) we sent you a text, I said I never got one, so they sent me a text to sign me up for notifications. This month I STILL didn't receive notification my medications were ready. They lack of caring in this place has is extremely noticeable. There's no friendliness, no helpfulness, not even a smile or a have a nice day. The female pharmacist in the back never even speaks. When I check out they never ask if I have an questions, even with a new medication. I feel like I'm inconviencing them when I go there to pick up my medications. I will be changing pharmacies. Maybe bring the older man back for a few weeks to train you in customer service.
