It smells like old rugs and old cardboard. The candles and candy reek. It needs fresh air. I do think it is good they have medical supplies, however they need to have a systems overhaul. If you special order something it needs to get done, their follow through is bad. Their call back to notify you something is in is non existent. I drive by there quite frequently and almost never stop there. Because there is so much junk in there disguised as gifts that belong at big lots, it does not feel like a pharmacy. It feels dirty, cluttered, drab and tired. There are so many pharmacies in town with groceries and crap in them, maybe to stand out it should pretend to be a real pharmacy, dress like it, act like it, and lose all the peripheral junk.

The hours always seem to be changing making it impossible to get there and refill my prescription. Don't even think about going in there 15 minutes before closing, as the staff is extremely rude. I had not realized their hours changed once again and one of their employees greeted me with "UGH another one". I will be changing pharmacy's.

When I got to the pharmacy, I found out that the item was not covered by our Part D Medicare insurance, and that the discounted cost would be $211. I used my phone to find that Walgreens had the same item for $133. When I got there 35 minutes prior to the time that the pharmacy closed I asked them to transfer the script from the grocery store pharmacy. They were able to get this done in less than 10 minutes and they even found a GoodRx discount for me that I did not know about, making the final cost to me just $86. I saved over $120 thanks to their pricing and help. This level of service was unexpected and exceptional, and the price was definitely appreciated.

I also had severe acid reflux for several years & refused to take a pharmaceutical for it. Once again I got great advice, bought was suggested & for 3 years I haven't has any reflux! I came in here the other day to get my 2nd shingles vaccine as I got my 1st one @ a CVS back in Las Vegas & knew that they would have a record of this because I wasn't sure of the exact date of when I did get my 1st shingles shot. The lady @ the pharmacy counter was very nice & was able to pull me up by my name & DOB. I had to update my insurance info as my plan changed the first of the new year. It was very busy when I stopped in here on a Thursday afternoon around 4pm. I didn't schedule an appointment for my vaccine as I was having trouble connecting to the CVS app. I tell ya the Verizon cell phone service in this area isn't the best. I was able to get my vaccine as a walk in even though it was busy. Jaime the pharmacist was the one who gave me my shingles shot. He was very friendly & nice to chat with. He gave me my shot without any issues (yes, the shingles vaccine does hurt! As I tell patient's "its not the needle that hurts its the medicine) & I had told him how I use to work here in my 20's. The pharmacy has grown as I counted probable about 5-6 people behind the counter. The store has even grown too. I have found that it has gotten more crowded with aisles/products, as if they put more in this store. There isn't much room to move down an aisle if there is someone else in it too. I did get my coupons from their coupon machine & did some shopping based on what coupons I had. I do find CVS to be more expensive than Walmart but with the coupons it helped by lowering the prices of some of the items that I wanted to buy. I did go to the self checkout (which I hate) & did have some problems with scanning my items but one of the employees came over right away & helped me fix the issues. I do find that it can be a pain in getting out of if you park on the smaller parking lot side so I went home the back way then trying to fit to get back out on islington street.

This is definitely one of your bigger Walmart locations…read more They are like a full service grocery store on top of being a Walmart but I was there to shop the clothing, home goods and other odds and ends so I was not particularly here for the grocery part of the store. The merchandise here is all neatly fronted and faced and it is not hard to find what you are looking for. I was especially drawn to the women's clothing area and I happened to find a couple of 100% cotton blouses and a nightshirt with a gorgeous rose pattern on a black background. I went and tried everything on and the fit was perfect. I also went to the department where they have storage items for sale and I picked up a plastic three drawer storage case. It is coming in handy. The employees here that I dealt with were all very helpful and looked like they were always willing to assist. Everything was neat and clean, prices were reasonable as well.
