My child has both strep throat and flu. you would think this prescription would be filled in a timely fashion. It is not excusable to say it is not in their system when the doctor has proof from the pharmacy that it was, in fact, received.

So I go to the little self check out and it rings the item up at $6.89 and that's after I put my customer code in. I press the I need help button that springs the five staff members at the service counter to laugh and talk more, two staff members to walk fast away from me and as I left the items at the register to walk out there were three standing at the door chuckling. More often, I leave without finding a pump because they've hidden it behind the store. Having been at the Meijer store, I decided to fuel up at their filling station since the diesel fuel was under $4.00--$3.999. That's not bad compared to $4.179 to $4.299 that I've seen recently, while the price of gasoline is much (30-60 cents) lower. I went into the store with cash to pre-pay. The person at the register gave me a blank stare and eventually, asked me why I was there. I went back to the pump, after paying and found that the pump handle had fuel all over it and couldn't get it to work. I'm an idiot, right? I figured there was something wrong since there was fuel on the handle. I walked back into the store. "That's diesel?" "Yes." "You need to press the red button." "Thanks." I envisioned a big red emergency button but it was this tiny thing that my thumb would cover and it was situated by the price display. It worked! Having finished and went back to Mr. Blank Stare and got my change. My hand still smells like fuel, but the tank is full and I know better now. I didn't look at the prices for drinks and whatever else. The interior seemed to have plenty, not unlike Speedway. Meijer does have one special item that is difficult to find around here: E85 fuel.

Horrible customer service. Rude management. I was discharged from the hospital after a diabetic…read moreepisode and told my Insulin was ready at Phillips. I called en route and was told it was there, but needed prior authorization. I called my doctor, who then called Phillips and cleared everything up. I returned to Phillips and was told they did NOT have my insulin (after being told they DID have it earlier, it just need authorization), and would not have it until the next day. Phillips played back and forth games with life saving medicine so long until I could not even transfer the prescription to CVS or another competitor because they had all closed. I confronted the man behind the counter, who proceeded to lie to me, about what he said to both me, my doctor and the my nurse. We were all three told, multiple times, that Phillips HAD IT IN STOCK, but it needed authorization. Then after my doctor called them and got it authorized, he again confirmed it WAS THERE and READY. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again, ever.

Then they have to scrounge and scour for information that SHOULD BE AT THEIR FINGERTIPS. For OVER A YEAR I had been dealing with this. LONG STORY I have been on oxygen for 20 years, was placed in…read morehospice and the minute I revoked hospice, Dasco kept calling and demanding I give my oxygen back because I was no longer in hospice, mind you, i still have the same breathing problems, my husband had to talk to them and they agreed to leave my oxygen in my home. I now need an oxygen concentrator because I have to go to a hospital an hour and a half away but dasco is fighting with me over a concentrator. Imo, anything associated with Reid hospital is a joke, Reid has become a glorified urgent care with no specialists anymore. Sorry about the long review but imo you'd be better off picking a different oxygen company other than Dasco, who argues with sick patients who need their services? And you may want to pick another Hospital other than Reid especially if you have chronic illnesses. Good luck to all of you.
