She has no skills in customer service what so ever! Looks like someone sh** in her Cheerios today! And she was gracious enough to share her salty attitude with me today. I called ahead because I got a confusing text that said a few of my meds had to be ordered. No big deal. I asked if my order was ready because I needed my meds for pneumonia. So I feel like im dying and I get the worst person on the planet to help me out. My luck. She was checking my insurance coverage and was getting upset because, well I'm not really sure if it was the line forming behind me or she is just naturally unpleasant but I couldn't hear her over the speaker. I told her by holding my hand up to my ear and signing it to her. She pointed to the phone with an angry voice and screamed into it. I said, first of all your attitude isn't needed. You are really being unacceptable right now. I told her I have pneumonia I don't feel good and my SO completed suicide a few months prior. I just want my meds and I'll pay cash if I have too. She hung the phone up! Then proceed to walk away! Wtf! Like how is she working with the public?! That is so unacceptable to me! I put my car in drive and went inside to talk to the actual pharmacist who was so lovely and caring. She appologized for her bad attitude which made me wonder if she has to put up with that every day. I really hope Brittany doesn't. She is wonderful. I sadly won't be returning to Kroger pharmacy after I get the rest of my meds. It was the worst experience I've ever had there. How could you have such an unsympathetic person in the pharmacy working with people who need kindness? I just wanted to share in hopes some one will see this and deal with it.

This pharmacy is very confusing. I have them send me "text updates" so I know when prescriptions…read moreare filled. I have received updates on multiple occasions stating my prescriptions have been filled, but upon arrival I find out there is a day or two delay on the prescription. This is annoying, frustrating, and most importantly... inconvenient. I am also starting to receive many text updates about prescription refills. I cannot recognize my medication through a prescription number and confirm if I need a refill when I am on the go, so I do not see the benefit in this feature and want to find out how to stop it. Along with the texting mishaps, unmentioned delays in prescriptions, and overwhelming amount of text updates, the Meijer Pharmacy staff isn't even friendly. If something goes wrong (with the prescription not being completed, insurance questions, etc.) the pharmacy techs instantly blame you, the customer. In my most recent experience a Pharmacy technician talked down to me, instead of working with me regarding a billing issue. She was very rude and did not seem to want to help me. Poor customer service all around.

I'm an RN....take it from me....go somewhere else.. I never felt so vulnerable with my child's medication in my life. I would give the pharmacists more than a 1....but my experience with the business owner really made me sick and upset. Will not be back. Driving 10 miles away for a much better experience with compounding
