The telephone system is the pits. I am finding it increasingly difficult to manage my prescriptions and intend to explore other options.

I will not be going here for medication again. They always make it impossible for me to get my medicine and always blame it on the doctors office when I have already spoken to the doctors office who shows me they sent things in. They also gave me unwarranted and false medical advice going against my doctor trying to tell me why I should not be taking any of my medications because they are not "approved for use." I'm not sure what is going on here but I don't feel safe to receive the correct prescriptions and advice here. read more

Before you come to this CVS, stop and say a prayer. Ask for patience and make sure you also line up a friend for bail. Because you are going need it all. Might as well ask for a side of sedative for sanity. After sitting in the drive through for 25 minutes waiting on the car in front of me, I pull up to the window to grab my meds. The guy greeting me was obviously frazzled and had no plans on moving with expediency. After spelling my name, his puzzled look came. What? No prescription? Let me check my other computer. Oh yes, here it is! But it will be another 2 hours before it is ready. The sad part? My medicine comes in a sealed package, pre portioned. Slap a label on it and call it mine already. Sadly, this isn't the first, second or even third time this has been an issue. Walking in, driving thru or flying in on my broomstick....same problem. Think calling ahead will ensure your meds are ready for you? Ha! Seems that can sometimes make it take longer. I wanted to give them a chance to get better before I left a review, but enough is enough. Come on CVS, you're a pharmacy. At least do the medicine portion well..... read more

Can't give anything lower, and you won't get a worse excuse for service ANYWHERE!!' They filled my prescription WRONG then screwed it up so bad I am now unable to get it for monthS! I am grateful it is not life critical or I would be dead by now due to their gross negligence and utter ignorance! I may lose my job because I won't be able to work but they JUST DON'T CARE!!!! This is sadly the worst service I have ever had at a CVS pharmacy. While picking up my prescription, it took nearly 30 minutes after being told it was READY to be picked up. The people at the desk were horrendously rude, and they were INCREDIBLY unprepared and practically scrambling around the entire shift they're there. If they're not scrambling, they're doing absolutely NOTHING. I know this review isn't long, but the frustration is real. 1.) Don't come to this location if you'd like to leave any time soon after you arrive there 2.) Don't expect friendly service or to have an easy conversation with people behind the pharmacy counter 3.) Don't believe them if they say your prescription will be done in ____ amount of time. Sorry CVS, I'm a big fan, but there needs to be a lot of improvement with the staff here. It's giving you a bad rep. Maybe a reboot of the people they've hired. It's hard for me to give anything less than a 3 Star, but yikes. read more

While visiting my parents, who live I Ravenna, I visited this store to purchase some cold medicine for my boyfriend who had caught a bug. While in the store, I was unsure what product to buy so I headed to the pharmacy to speak with a pharmacist. As I'm waiting in line, the shift supervisor stomps up and accuses me of stealing!! After allowing her to see all the contents of my purse and pockets, she was unapologetic and continued to accuse me of stealing. Not to mention, all of this happened in front of numerous other customers and a full pharmacy staff. Needless to say, humiliating and very unprofessional on her part. read more

Probably just like all other CVS's but this one has been especially wonderful. They always have a great sale and the pharmacy is always stocked. I come here to get my son's meds filled because Walmart and Giant Eagle are always out of what he takes. Neat and clean place. Friendly and fast service. I can't complain! read more

If my insurance company did not force me to use CVS, we would never come here. I used to go to Giant Eagle. Everything was always ready on time there. I ALWAYS struggle with getting prescriptions picked up here. I once called and they said it would be ready in 4 hours. (Giant Eagle never took more than an hour and was usually 20 minutes.) I knew it wouldn't be ready because IT NEVER IS so I called TWO WHOLE DAYS before I planned on picking it up. Guess what? It still wasn't ready. Not even 2 days after they said it would be ready. If this company did not have contracts with insurers that force you to use them, my guess is they would be out of business due to epically horrible service. Completely unreliable. If you have a choice, go somewhere else. read more

My husband brought my daughters medicine in the house from picking it up from cvs the bag is stapled shut. I open it count twice & both times it came out to 29 which we pay $116 for 30days. I call the pharmacy the person who answered the phone put me on hold came back & said they were triple counted & could have someone got into the bottle before I opened them. The answer is NO grt now I can't trust a pharmacist. read more

They are a horrible pharmacy. When you order your prescription, if it's not there they don't let you know until you go pick it up. They have to order it and they take forever to do that. So in the mean time you run out. Seizure medicine is nothing to run out of. The customer relations, Andrew is rude. I gave him a time to call me he calls after the time then tells me he doesn't want to play phone tag. Wouldn't be if you call when I saw I am available. read more
