The main reason I switched to Buy Rite was for convenience and not having to drive 45 minutes to a pharmacy in neighboring Panama City. The 2nd reason was the service received at Buy Rite. They are very caring, friendly, and informing at Buy Rite.

Had me standing there while they were rude to an older lady that had been waiting, she looked tired. Then the pharmacist or whoever she was asked a question while facing me, like she was asking me, I answered, and then she put her finger up in a reprimanding way, and said no, no, no, like stop talking, and I realized she was asking her co worker a question. We couldn't get through to CVS by phone because they do not pick up, we had prescriptions faxed to CVS only to go in 24 hours later and find that they hadn't checked for faxes but found our fax immediately upon checking and said they could fill it when the delivery of meds came in the following Tuesday. My doctors couldn't get through and we finally said ENOUGH. Switched to Buy-Rite and can get them by phone, have prescriptions filled in a timely fashion and they even know you by name in short order. Sorry CVS but we won't be back.

He is in pain with a pinched nerve. There was nobody in line. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. The man behind the counter was clearly irritated that I was there. When he found out he had to set up a new account and that it was for my dog he said that was "problematic". When he was done setting it up in the computer he told me to come back in 2-2 1/2 hours. My place is an hour away so I wasted time in the area only for them not to have it done. This morning at 10:30 AM I called to see if it was done yet and could I come and pick it up. It was not done. The woman on the phone said it would be ready soon. I asked about what time is soon and she said after lunch like 1pm. At 1pm I called to see if it was done, the woman on the line said it is not, we need to know your insurance information. I told her it is a dog and as I told the first person I talked to who set up the account I will be paying cash. She said okay we will get it into processing. I asked when will it be ready and she could not tell me. I asked for her name and to talk to a manager and she hung up on me. I called back 1 hour later and asked for a store manager and was given a woman named Amanda who said she was a store lead. She said she could not help me and that I needed to call back in about another hour and ask for Tony Strasburger. This is a terrible pharmacy. I had to go back and get the prescription again from the local vet and I have moved the prescription to Buy Rite. They are filling it right now. I will never use Walgreens again. I have moved all of my prescriptions away from them also. There is usually a huge line inside and at the drive through. The employees are usually stressed and unfriendly. Mistakes are made constantly and even when I work with several different employees to fix them they still are not fixed. Regularly my own prescriptions are not ready and I have to come back.

Ordered 4 Brand new tires from online had them put on with service center with road hazard warranty…read morepurchase. 2 months in a nail in sidewall and can't be fixed (okay cool) but in order to get my money back I have to buy another tire (WTF) so I do and take it back in to have installed, Wait two hours even with appt for them to put the brand new tire on wrong side, yet charged me again for road hazard for what?? So, to say I went back again and waited for 3 hours when they messed up to begin with it should have been PRIORITY, they gave every excuse we do not touch tires with custom wheels etc. etc. Nothing shy of a nightmare and honestly, they can keep the money for whatever they need cause ill never be back. After waiting about an hour, I was told that they could not balance and rotate the front tires, they need to be replaced. They did not have the tires in stock, so I went online and ordered two tires, which was scheduled to arrive on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 (see below). However, I received an email last night that stated "sorry your order is delayed", expect to arrive July 31, 2025, 8:00PM (see below). I contacted Walmart today, July 30, 2025, just to be told that they are sorry, what an understatement. I was also told that I could not cancel an order that had been shipped. So, you can't right a wrong, and you can not cancel the order, that you promised to be delivery on time. I see why this store has 2 star rating, it actually deserve a 1 star rating, which is what I will be giving it. I also see why there was a call for boycotting Walmart, this differently needs to be boycotted. I will post this information on all social media platforms, so people can see Walmart up close and personal. Absolute worst experience tonight with the pharmacy. Do NOT raise your voice at me and do NOT talk…read moreover me. I've been using this pharmacy for 20 years and have never had a problem like this one. Refused to even put in a request to my PCP for my thyroid and cholesterol medication... continued to be a smartass. Said my last refill was in 2024. She told me they were expired. I have been on these medications for years and have never had this issue. She was RUDE to the point that I will probably switch pharmacies. Very disappointed.
